IGF/MGF what dose??

I just got some IGF LR-3 and deciding on which MGF to get,

also what ratio do i use on the MGF?

I have some experience running IGF LR-3 for up to a month and a half at a time, Results were awasome, I went from 256 to 266 in a month, and not doing anthing else right except for training as hard and as heavy as i could.

I first tryed the IGF using it right after training, with good results, than i started using it befor training Only , and IMOP i got better faster results i was running 50-70 mcg's a day

my arms felt like they were going to explode , i do use my BCAA's and L glumine and cell tech befor and during my training. The feel the IGF carries this where it need to be. I do also sip on a NO2 drink enhancing the intence pumps.

anyway this time around i want to do it better, and more strict, i think i am going to defently run it befor and right after training to get more results , 50/50 mcg's

I have some test to run with it (800mg per week), but i also hear that MGF is the other thing missing from the IGF to make it a complete stack. Just not sure how much and how often i need to use it.

Any help or suggestions would be great

You can search for my personal recommendations on this board or professional muscle if you want, but I recommend IGF-1 pre-wo (20-100mcg) and (regular, not PEG)MGF pwo (200-500mcg) with an optional second dose of IGF-1 2 hours pwo (20-50mcg).

i had best results with,

30mcg IGF pwo mon/wed/fri. 250mcg Pegmgf sun/thurs. All workouts were finished with side delt burnouts, and all shots were bi-lat in delts. side delts went from weak and criticized bodyparts, to a stand out bodypart in 6-8 months time frame.

30mcg each side or 30 total, 15 each side ?
 
15mcg each side. I've found, lower doses work significantly better and 3x week injections allow the user to stay on with no breaks as receptor saturation wont be achieved this way.
 
How sure are you about that ? Did you do a research study or you just say it based on your own thoughts and experience, cuz everyone is different Maynnnn !
