Igf injections in chest.Where excactly ?

Where's the right spot to shoot igf in the chest ?
Don't wanna mess with nerves/heart etc...

you are not going to hit your heart lol, unless you are using a big ass needle. us a .5 inch and shool upper pec area.

Ouch. I have done chest with Tren/Prop and with test susp.
I go in with a 1/2" or a slin pin approx. 1" up and 1" in from my nipple.

dont go too far up/outside. their is a major vein/artery where your pec and delt meet. why are you shooting pecs? plenty of other good spots. maybe your going for injection site growth?

I think i overstressed the pec tendon where it ties to the biceps.I hope it'll help with the inflammation a bit just as it made my knee stop hurting after 3 days of quad injects.
