IGF help restore thyroid?

I am curious if IGF would help restore someones thyroid after a cycle of T3 like some people say it helps restore their boys back to normal size after a cycle.

I'd also be curious to see if it could help normalize adrenal function after a Prednisone cycle.

ever thought about sending some packs out to someone to try this? have someone cycle some t3 and then OT with blood samples along the way?
perhaps supersoldier? he did some very nice blood work logs in the past
