Ever since I ran 40mcg ED 4 months ago my hand have never been the same. thumb hurts and overall my hand isnt the same. I even stopped playing xbox cuz of it. But I was also wondering if 20mcg 3x/week preworkout is good? Im guessing it was potent igf...but it sucks
