Sorry to make another post about this stuff because I know it is all over the place and I have read tons of threads on it but need some advice. I am going to do 40mcg but trying to find the right split because I hear ed eod and e3d. This is how i am planning to run this. any input on wheather this is write or wrong would be greatly appreciated
Monday -chest 40mcg
tues - back (light bi's for a pump) pin bi's 40mcg
wed - legs 40mcg
thurs - shoulders 40mcg
friday - bi's & tri's pin tris 40mcg
sat - off
sun - off
is this a normal way to run igf?
