Some food for thought that I believe would help you out... Invalid Link Removed Great Lit Review and has decent factors to avoid and plenty of alternatives Invalid Link Removed Aticle reviewing its banned use currently Invalid Link Removed Study done on rats, take it how you please Invalid Link Removed free Study examining Low IGF-1 in older men fracture risk Sadly no true studies on human subjects I found directly cited IGF-1 as being a "True" GH. It has boosted those properties in animals and measurements have been taken, but the human counterpart or the research is very spotty. Few studies on older men and how it may reduce osteoporosis and fall related fractures, but I couldnt find much proof on its ability to speed Osteoblast and Peritoneum function. Hopefully someone else will chime in soon enough.
Thanks! Great info. Much have read the first article yesterday and that got me thinking about IGF-1 supplement. I was thinking of it like a muscle. Best repair while sleeping and a IGF1 product def does help me with deep sleep
This guys write up is the most comprehensive so far IMOhttp://www.musclechemistry.com/upload/peptides-questions-answers/55495-igf-1-side-effects.htmlYea, and I def. see what leads you to consider it as an option. For everyone that claims placebo, theres someone who saw great results from it lol. I say shoot for it, the side effects that have long term consequences havent been observed yet so its about as bad or good as any company with a prop. blend lls.
Never said it was, just a look at its involement in the news, and yes I both abstracts are on injection, couldnt find much on supplementation other than personal reviews and company claimsThose articles are on injecting igf1 through peptide use and not on increasing natural igf1 production through supplementation. And nytimes is not a valid source

Yeah thats the distinction i was making. Thats like comparing DAA to injecting test. One is a supplement aimed at increasing natural production whilst the other is direct injecting of the hormone.
So it being banned is irrelevant if its supplements that increase natural output.
Just clearing that up for the OP![]()
Take Cissus
I am taking cissus. Just hard for me to go into my stash and try to increase IGF1 and it doesn't really do much and I just waste it
