Igf-1 lr3

I am going to take igf-1 lr3 to help from my shoulder surgery (labrum, and shoulder capsule). Should I take igf-1 lr3 sub q or IM?...also, If i need to do it IM where do i inject. Delt? Thanks for the help
 
I was considering igf 1 for my helping out some atrophy I had in my leg due to knee surgery. From what I read guys were going IM in the closest possible injection spot to the injury.

this is kind of un needed. igf1-lr3 will be systemic to the WHOLE body and is not bound in blood like just straight igf-1 (wich i would rec close to the spot if thats the only igf-1 you could get)

I would say SubQ for igf-1LR3
I loved last run of igf1lr3
40-70mcg ed for 6 weeks.
pritty nice stuff
