I have searched all over and have yet to find an answer to this question. Also if it can be done either way what are the pros and cons of each method. From what I have read mechanical overload increases sensitivity to igf leading the exogenous compound to the muscles. If there has been no mechanical overload (non training days) the compound will go systemic and attach to places you dont want new cell growth (intestines for instance). But at the same time I see many people pinning every day. This leads to my only confusion on the subject. Thanks for the help guys.
