Igf-1 injection or pills?

Is there a pill form that is as effective? If so what is it? Used plenty of gear and hgh, been interested in igf the past few years just never acted on it. Now I feel is the right time to add it in.

Igf-1 is an injectable peptide. Mk-677 is an oral that increase the release of hgh which will increase igf-1 but as far as oral igf-1 I haven't heard of any that actually work
