IGF-1 For Stress Fracture/Forearm Splint

Have been priming for a nice big first cycle of Test-E and havoc for the summer. Everything was going great until yesterday, when I curled too much weight on the e-z curl machine. I went up 20lbs because my biceps have always overpowered my forearms.

However, today, I feel a pain deep in my forearm, on the underside, in the middle. Its a strange pain. I can't pin-point it or replicate it with pressure. It occurs when lifting something, or rotating my wrist and flexing my forearm. It can best be described as a "slight bending" of the bone.

Ill pick something up, and when I set it down, I feel this "bending" back. Accompained by a sharp shooting pain that radiates outward for a split second. Its very strange and disguised.

So, I assume this is exactly like a shin splint. Generally, I don't pay attention to my shin splints because you can still lift with them. But, is a splint the same thing as a small stress fracture? Can this pain indicate a fracture or is it simply edema from bone stress? How long should I take off?

and finally, Would IGF-1 LR3 help to heal it quickly and prevent the issue from occuring???????????????

I cannot comment on your "bending bone" and would only suggest you go to the doc for it. Sounds not good.

However, I can comment on GH and site specific results. I myself use GH only for site specific healing. Once you know what the issue is (tendon, ligament, bone) you can focus your injections at the site. Yes, you can go down to a bone and inject onto it. Ligament and tendons the same way. If you can find the specific problem area, you can inject it.

I have been using GH for direct joint injections for over a year to regrow my cartilage so site specific is something I have researched and know first hand about.

I cannot comment on IGF-1 but know that GH initiates a cascade of growth factors one of which is IGF-1 and some are specific to bone or collagen synthesis.

Good luck.
