I know the answer to this when on a cycle of AAS (specially an oral one) is don't, because it'll murder your liver. I was wondering if the same is applied to IGF-1? Obviously, for nutrition reasons (specially when recomping) you would want to limit or eliminate the amount of alcohol you intake, but health wise, should alcohol consumption be eliminated during an IGF-1 cycle?

I would say a beer or two won't kill ya now and then. (remembering that your on basicly for a month).
But as a general rule you should try and stay away from drinking- even off cycle.
All things in moderation.

Just to say also,.. I have found that extra 50mcg after a heavy night of drinking helps a LOT with the hangover.:run:
DONT DO THAT INTENTIONALLY THOUGH.

i wouldnt drink a lot at once while on igf. In my experience one time I felt way lightheaded and dizzy the next day, not like a hangonver really. I dont know thats just me, everyones diff.

Actually when I on IGF-1 I do not get hangovers, the other dai i was at aparty and drunk a whole bottle of vodka and I swear to God no hang over the next day..just a little headache ..minimal...I have experienced this a few other times too ( of course not a whole bottle of vodka, lol) but I think it has to do with the abilitty to repair cells and fast recovery.

I had the same reaction (no or little hangovers) when I used 19nor-andro.
They kinda seem to work in simular ways (effect wise).
You can hold more water, absorb the alchole better,....

Never used the stuff but from a diabetic standpoint alcohol can have a lowering effect on blood glucose. If the IGF does the same watch out for hypoglycemia symptoms.
