IForce Oatmeal Cookie Madness

I will never run out of this Protean after that shake. I will be buying a couple tubs the second it hits the shelves! Customer for life. I will be making some Protean cookies here in a little bit.

Ok today was the second leg day this week. I've been splitting my leg day up into two separate days and I'm liking it a lot better.

3x30 reps hard squeeze at the top

A snack that I just tried.

1 slightly rounded scoop of Protean
A little water to make pudding consistency
3/4 cup cereal. I used apple cinn chex.

Mix your fav cereal in after you made the pudding.

Ok Protean cookies!

2 bananas mashed in bowl
Add in
1 1/2 cups oats
2 scoops Protean
Mix altogether, put on non stick pan. I still sprayed with non stick spray.
It says bake at 350 for 15-18 min. I did 15 and I think there a little dry. 12 min would be perfect. They turned out great and they taste really good.

Yeah buddy! I made bacon waffles before. They were amazing. Just pour the batter in the waffle maker, then lay down uncooked strips of bacon and close it up. Super easy

Blasphemy! Bacon, the staple of life! Kidding, I love Oscar Meyer turkey bacon though.

Never heard of putting bacon into waffles though... Swanks just kicked waffles to the top of the food chain.

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ did these 4 exercises 2 more times, every set was 10 reps
Susp. system diamond push-ups-12 reps
BB curl(just the bar)-25 reps

Arms were pumped like crazy after this workout! For my post workout shake I had the same shake I made the other day. Water, milk, 1 level scoop Protean, 1 banana and ice. Just as delicious as the first time! I do want to say that since I've started using whey again I haven't been sore yet, score!

Great arm day dude! 21s are brutal. I might do those with dbs at some point. I can't work biceps with a bb or curl bar, hurts my tendinitis

Great arm day dude! 21s are brutal. I might do those with dbs at some point. I can't work biceps with a bb or curl bar, hurts my tendinitis

When I do 21's I normally do them at the end with lighter weight for a burnout and crazy pump but today I just wanted to switch things up

Alright guys, the infamous Brown Sugar Maple Oatmeal Cookie IForce Protean arrived at my door today! That was some fast shipping Iforce! My mouth is watering just looking at the pic on the front of the tub. An oatmeal cookie has always been my favorite, so let's get this bad boy started!

Ok, I got everything to make these which will be tomorrow morning after I lift. They didn't have PB2 so I'm going to use 1 tbsp normal jiff PB instead and instead of vanilla Greek yogurt I chose plain because of the carb content. Maybe off set the PB2/normal PB to keep the calories about the same. Idk, just thinking.

I got this idea from breezys thread but instead of frozen yogurt I used normal

I used 6 oz of almond milk
2 spoonfuls of Greek yogurt
1 rounded scoop Protean
1 handful of ice cubes

Very good shake! Still can't beat the banana shake if you like bananas but another great option to switch things up.

Still trying to find a good place in the house to take pics. Here's some I took today. Leaning out nicely, taking my time. I'll post my workout here in a little bit.

I'd definitely recommend limiting the cookies.
