^^^^This. IForce Joint Help is great for alleviating pain and helping rebuild damage. I've been using it for months now and it's my goto supplement for joint issues.

There could be an issue with the waybi sleep too. My shoulder wasnt bothering me for days until the other day when i woke up with pain.

Ive been taking it easy and working around the problem but still work the chest muscles.

I notice that if I lift hard and sleep on my side that it results in shoulder pain.

I cant help it. Same here. Cant control your body once you fall as sleep. I went and saw a chiropractor last week, im going back on Wednesday. He thinks i have Bursitis?

Doctor diagnosed me with bursitis as well. The Joint Help will reduce the inflammation. Take 2 with food in the morning and 2 before bed. That's been the trick for me. Add in glucosamine as well to help rebuild.

Thats what Ive been doing since im lucky not to have any side effects like jittery or anxious when I take it.

I know he mentioned some vitamin D3 and fish oil pills.

Im going to have to try those. I drink enough milk plus get enough sun light which helpa the production of vitamin D in your system but not sure if i might be lacking.

for fish oil try iForce fish oil.. a lot of times its bundled together on sup retailers sites with joint help. its infused with mint so there is literally no fish burps.

Nothing worse than an unexpected fish oil burp, the mint helps a lot. I have a finicky stomach and it helps me.

Well i started benching barbells and 135 was all i could handle. I have the strenght but the pain sucks. I dont want to push myself and tear something up.

This. iForce fish oil and Joint Help have bundle deals, but I still have to chew gum afterwards. I'm not one with fish oil's and but I still have to take it down. Also try to take as much shoulder away from your chest workout. It's difficult to most people but I usually pinch my shoulder blades together when doing any chest presses. I've stuck with dumbbell press and it has done my shoulders wonders with a messed up AC Joint.

I used to be a big db user but got away from it. But youre right with db you can control the angle vise been stuck with barbells. It looks like im going to have to go back to db.

Main key is rest. If it seriously bothers you then have patience. I know it sucks and you want to jump in and lift but a repeat of the injury isnt worth it.

So i woke up this morning with my shoulder really sore. Took the pills and some naproxen to help with the achin. Im going to have to go back to the Doc and really have them xheck it for me

right but you will need to be persistant..
9-12 grams of fish oil per day with 4-6 joint helps COMBINED with ice packs intervaled as often as possible each and every day... I try to do Ice packs after my work outs as well.. its a pain but it truly will make all the difference! try to ice up 3-4 times a night after work for like 15 mins each time.~

Ill give that a try. Last time i saw my doctor right away they wanted me to get xrays done which in the wnd they will most likely wont see anything and send me right out the door to get an MRI

Don't push yourself. Allow your body to heal properly.

how many pills are you taking? and how long have u been feeling the pain?

from personal experience, some pain like my knee problem wasnt gone 100% from 2/2 pills a day, i moved it to 3/3 and then 4/3 and pain was gone completely. i went from not being able to wrestle and shoot in on people, to actually doing the strength and conditioning class.[which was tons of lunges for what seemed like 30mins straight]

The joint help im taking the regular dose. 2/2. The pain is dull and is been going on for two weeks. Usually it goes away but this time it has lasted longer. I try doing bench yesterday but 135 was all i could do.

My only worry is that the joint help, will it be something temporary or will what ever you have will it go away. Is it one of those deals where you have to keep taking it

im going to be 100% truthfull with you based on my own experiences using it. I have ran about 6-8 bottles of it and tell all my friends to try it. It is so versitle I find I can run it at higher doses to achieve pain relief when I get a flare up. can you dose it daily? absolutely, you will then reap the best of the benefits it offers. do u have to ?? no! a lot of time I myself will use it for acute pain relief and nothing else. other times when the joints are more aggravated I will run an entire bottle. im 41 yrs old and my dad is 65, he now uses it like me. basically I keep it on hand at all times incase of a flare up, but I find its so effective for me it literally seems to heal the problem with long lasting effects.

double down with ice and rest .. puzo is right.. if you want relief give your body the rest it needs! and up your dose a little bit to see if that helps. if the pain persists, obviously do what your dr recommends.

Aromatase inhibitors. a lot of them make your joints hurt. even just sleeping on your shoulder funney, could make it hurt like hell.

Well im back from a much needed vacation. Been taking the joint help 3/3 plus the vitamin d3. No pain at all as far as from my joints but my sun burn does no justice.

I have very very short hair, practically bald.. my choice but I hate when i get sunburn on my head.. that hurts lol

damn glad to hear there has been an improvement in your joint condition. always best to get a little rest and comeback strong!

Can you use joint help together with animal flex or a product with some extra cissus? I have almost gone through 1 bottle of joint help and it as helped with my shoulder pain. But it feels like I need something more together with joint help to really help my joints/ligaments/tendon problems. Any suggestions? And another thing, do you need to take a break from joint help?

No, you don't need to take a break from it. You don't need extra cissus with it. You could take fish oil or something like Orange Triad that has additional joint support in it if you wanted to. Also, I spray my shoulders and knees every day with Joint Force - great product.

Well i finally decited to break down and see a specialist on wednesday about my shoulder. I did shoulders today and while i felt some dicomfort i was able to finish my work out but i found out taking some aleve qith naproxen seems to help with the pain a lot more.

What did he say?? or do you mean your going this coming weds?

Mike

id be careful about stacking naproxen and ibuprophen. that's a disaster waiting to happen in your liver. same thing with Tylenol, only use 1 at a time. combining these nsaids is bad for your gutz!
