IForce Joint Help for FL3Xible joints

Thanks bud lol hope everyone's Thanksgiving was good.

I notices something yesterday and today that I have to investigate again tomorrow.
It feels like I can breath easier during my workout when I pop a couple caps before the gym.
Maybe its coincidence, or maybe its a built up effect.
Either way, I'm almost out of this bottle. This week will be my last hoorah before this bottle is empty, and in the spirit of that I may as well pop all four caps pre workout eh?

not sure what would be causing that; but either way not like it's a bad side effect lol

be sure to let us know if you end up doing that 4 cap pre-workout dosing

Well my final review is past due so I guess I better get it up.

Again I thank iForce a bunch for taking a chance on me with this joint supplement and to the reps as well for following along :)

The first week or so on Joint Help I dosed at 4 caps a day, either all 4 preworkout or 2 pre and 2 post, depending on how my joints felt that day. I did notice that my joints were less sore near the end of the day, and during my workouts I think the paractin played the biggest role here, being able to relieve most of my pain while lifting. While Joint Help didn't COMPLETELY repair my joints or COMPLETELY relieve the pain the first week, it was noticeably better than before I started taking it.

During week 2 I figured the cissus benefits were starting to build up, having given it a full week to build, so I went with 2 caps preworkout followed by 2 caps later in the day, and did this during week 3 as well. There were a few days where work just killed me, being on my feet all day and getting pretty beaten up, and I took 4 caps preworkout on those days to save myself the aches. During these 2 weeks I was able to go heavier on my shoulder workouts and get back into doing squats as well. Joint Help pretty much eliminated my joint pain in my shoulders and knees these two weeks. There's not much more to it than that...I just felt no pain, and therefore was able to do some lifts I haven't focused on in quite a while.

During week 4, the benefits just kept piling on from week 2 and 3. I was progressing positively through shrugs, heavy shoulder press, squats, dead lifts, leg press, preacher curls, weighted dips and heavy cable press downs. I made some PR's as well. The best thing that happened to me late week 3 into week 4 is my progression in weighted dips. Before Joint Help, I was only doing bodyweight for about 15 reps, and by that point my elbows and shoulders were just screaming with pain and I would have to find another workout. After joint help, I was/am repping 15 reps on average using an additional 90 pounds. There was also a dramatic decrease in time spent warming up the triceps before going heavy to help my joints out. Normally I would spend a solid 10 minutes just warming up on pressdowns before my elbow pain went away. At this point I could probably skip warm ups altogether. Same with squats. Before Joint Help I couldn't even warm up, just squatting to parallel was too much for my knees, and I required a good 10 minutes of warming up before I could bother going semi heavy on leg press. After joint help I am back in the squat rack like I never had knee problems, and my leg press just keeps climbing.

I also noticed a great decrease in overall body inflammation, be it from working out or just the burdens of work. I used to always plop down in the break room at work after a few hours of going hard and my whole body would be vibrating with inflammation, mainly my feet though. I can safely say that this product positively effected that as well.

This is one of those products you might not immediately appreciate the value of. There were times when I was taking it that I forgot I even was taking it. Point being, I wasn't constantly observing how the product was treating me. That's not a bad thing at all as it was helping my joints the whole time. You just need to pay attention! After getting a chance to sit back and recap these past 4 weeks, I am even more impressed with Joint Help, and I'm actually pretty astounded. I am very happy with the results here and I am glad I snagged a second bottle.
I will probably use 2 caps a day and maybe eventually just 1 cap now on since I've been on it for so long, and I'll see if the effects are sustaining.

Cheers!
