Iforce Conquer and sleep problems

Started taking Conquer recently, and apparently there's something in there that really screws up my sleep. I had been taking it in the morning for 3-4 days, and each night I wasn't able to sleep. So I stopped taking it, and sleep basically returned to normal. So I'm pretty sure it's the Conquer. After doing some reading, it looks like it might be the Tyrosine. I suppose it could also be the ALCAR, but from what I've read the Tyrosine seems to be the more likely suspect.

Anyone have any info on why I respond to Tyrosine this way? Does anyone else around here have issues with Tyrosine?

I have the same response to the new noexplode by bsn. I used a preworkout sample and couldnt sleep. ha. I'm not for sure what it was tho.
