iForce Adipoxil + Cyclic Ketosis = Shredded (sponsored)

Actually really well. The first couple of days I had to redline first gear to sort of ease the transition into the 140hp engine haha.

As for the diet, I actually didnt do a refeed this weekend:hmmm:. Didnt feel like I needed it for whatever reason. No problem though, still feeling crazy shredded and my lifts havent gone down significantly at all (about 1 less rep for bench press today)

Yesterdays workout (actually my bday workout) I was crazy focused. I seriously finished and could barely remember what I had done. Felt like I was somewhere else haha. Could be the lack of carbs coming to haunt me but whatever, I only have about a week and a half left so Im going to stop all refeeds until the last day. Not looking forward to these next two weeks at all, ugh.

At least Ill be alive from stims! Haha
Don't neglect the importance of refeed days, but with 1.5 weeks left you should be fine. Even when you don't feel you need them, they are still extremely valuable.

I should clarify mike, I didnt do a full refeed this weekend but I did introduce a few carbs just to get out of ketosis. Nothing major though.

Updating

Well, energy levels have dropped (as expected) as calories are dropping another 100 down (to 1600 now) and meals now consist of egg whites, tuna, and olive oil.

Although they have dropped, its nothing like how low they were the last time I did this diet (even taking animal cuts during that one); which in my mind means that adipoxil is definitely better for my body.

Focus was top notch today at the gym and even throughout the past couple of days in class. I remember barely being able to stay awake during my spring semester when cals were low, but now its much easier.

As far as appetite suppression goes, usually my hunger subsides after I adjust my cals in a few days, but this time its not going away. Might take longer to kick in now or my intake might just be so low that nothing can save my stomach from consuming itself :sleepy:

We'll see how this ends up, but I have high hopes for next week (in terms of low bf anyway haha)

Update

So, despite not eating anything, energy levels are still amazing, pretty incredible.

Last couple of days, the thermogenic effect has really hit me hard. Started intense sweating doing arms yesterday for the first time in a LONG time haha. Felt good man

Unfortunately, appetite suppression really hasnt kicked in, which doesnt bother me too much. Just forces me to sharpen my resolve when it comes to food.

Cardio sessions are also getting a whole lot easier. I just grab a copy of flex and start reading everything and before I know it Im at 40 minutes feeling like its only been 10 min. Thats always awesome as I am one of those people who really doesnt enjoy cardio (imagine that).

Hope all is well with you guys, lets finish off strong!

Reading is the best way to pass time when doing cardio; my last contest prep, it was my senior year of nursing school. I would read chapters during my cardio, and I would bang out 1.5-2 hours without even knowing it, and I personally hate cardio and have zero attention span!

So, today for whatever reason, I hit a massive lull in my day. Energy levels were great until about 1.20pm and then I just crashed. Pretty bad, was right in the middle of class and I could barely stay awake. Lasted for about 30 minutes but oh man it was bad.

Hopefully just a random fluke and I can finish up strong. Be looking for those after pics by the end of the week!

Today was pretty sweet, deadlifted 405 for one rep this morning. Havent done that in a few weeks, felt really good.

Energy kind of dipped down later on in the day, but picked back up after dose #2

2 days left baby

Well my friends, we come to it at last! The final day. Got up early this morning to get a fresh start to my day; about to run to the gym now and my focus is PHENOMENAL! Im literally bouncing off the walls waiting to hit my shoulders hard.

Love doing shoulders when I have low bf because I can do side raises in the mirror and see everything :D

I'll get the final review / after pics up hopefully tonight if not tomorrow. Good lifting bros!

Damn dude. You got some sick results with this!!! Good job..looking forward to your final review

Alright guys, got my final writeup here (sorry for the long wait!)

Recomposition (9/10) : Well, the main basis here was the visual effect. How much weight I lost is irrelevant to me (it was ~6lbs for you guys following me) as it doesnt really tell me much about my appearance. Pictures (before and after) are a much better representation of the overall body change. And in my case, yes, I was very pleased with it :)

Muscle Preservation (10/10) : By far the best aspect of this product for me; my strength really didnt even take a hit during my entire use of adipoxil. I mean, I was able to do a 405 deadlift (without a belt at that!) during my last week. My PR was 420x1 over 2 months ago so yeah Im pretty happy with it haha.

Overall (8/10) : Well, as you can guess, this number isnt simply based on those two aspects of my journey with adipoxil. Other things I have included in my overall rank is (naturally) comparisons to other fat burners I have used in the past; namely animal cuts. I feel that while I could say that adipoxil was amazing (which it was, not question about it), it doesnt really mean anything to anyone other than me. Once I start comparing to another product, people get a better idea of my results and what they could (potentially) achieve.

First off, I'll start with reasons why adipoxil was better than animal cuts.

Energy for one thing; even though I dosed cuts at 2 packs throughout the day, all it really did was give me a boost for about an hour after I dosed it, then I would just crash. Adipoxil gave me more of a spread out energy that, while not as potent as cuts, lasted for about 4-5 hours. Definitely needed for grad school work.

Appetite suppression was another big one. On cuts I felt like crap and just had hunger pains right after eating my meals, it was terrible. With adipoxil, the hunger pains didnt start showing up until about the second to last week of the cut, when calories were really low. Also nice and helps with concentration on school work and regular work as well.

Now, where adipoxil falls a bit short is in the overall leanness effect. Now, bear in mind that I did the same (roughly) identical diet that I did while on cuts; cyclic ketogenic. I feel that looking at the pictures now (although Im about 10lbs heavier in the newer pics) I looked better while on cuts. Could just be me, but it always ticked me off that I could be in the single digits with my bf and still not see my abs shredded; and although the same thing happened with cuts, I could definitely see more of them that time through.

So, the question is then, would I recommend it? The answer of course depends on what you need. If your simply looking to look your best, regardless of having energy / feeling like crap and having hunger pains all day; then definitely go for animal cuts.

However, if you need more of a sustained energy level throughout the day, and enjoy not having your stomach growling right after ingesting a meal, than you need iForce Adipoxil.

Thats pretty much it, if you have any other questions just post them up or shoot me a PM. Hope this was informative enough and provided enough raw data for someone out there to make an informed decision about this product. Thanks again iForce and everyone that followed along!

Till next time folks
-Andrew

Great final review. I like your comparison. Ive always heard great things about animal cuts, but never had the chance to try it out. Once again great log man!!!

Good review, and like Johnny said, I've heard a lot of good things about animal cuts too, which is why I have a tub sitting on my shelf! Good to see how well adipoxil sustained you throughout the day.
