IFN Most Wanted 8 weeks!

Heading In shortly for my final workout before the deload week. Ill be working extra hours this week coming up so it worked out well. I plan on dropping back to two caps MW so I can have a couple extra days at 3 caps once I get back to lifting. I went hard this week so I am looking forward to a nice week of recovery assisted by MW. I will probably just carb cycle and throw in a day or two of MISS/LISS to alleviate any spillover; I don't want to go below maintenance cals so hopefully will recomp a little this week.

Sound lake a good plan !

Solid 1.5 hours of shoveling ....

Home made turkey meatballs with black bean pasta and organic super clean tomato sauce...

Brown rice crusted chicken

Ok not much to report since this week has been planned rest. A couple observations tho after having dropped to 1 cap now for 5 days...

Sleep quality is slightly reduced but still well above baseline

Body comp has been more inconsistent.. Meaning I am don't seem to be utilizing nutrients as well at one cap as opposed to 3

Joints still doing well above baseline but I don't feel as 'bulletproof' as with 3 caps

I am confident in recommending this product being run for 8 weeks at 3 caps daily (1 cap at bed time) and that is what I will do the next time I run it...

Will be starting back at the gym on Sunday or Monday.. Picking up a very high volume routine with a mix of strength and hyper training so I am eager to see most wanted shine with the added work load and calories to support lean growth

We've got about two weeks left!

Awesome chedda most wanted does seem to be most applicable in a high volume environment.

Alright going to bang out this massive workout now...
I can't wait to see what yall think about the volume.. I'm actually a little nervous lol

Monday
Bb row 10x5 95lbs
Superset with
Stand bb press 10x5 85lbs
30 seconds between supersets

Overhand pull-ups x4
Underhand x3
Neutral grip x4

For all this below I recorded weight but don't have the book w me

Cable Lat pulls widegrip 10,8,6,15
Underhand grip lat pulls 10,8,6,15
V handle lat pulls 10,8,6,15
straight arm la pulls 10,8,6,15

Tris V handle pushdown 10x5 42.5lbs

BIs
incline db curl 10,8,6,15
Inc hammer curl 10,8,6,15
Hypers for low back

Needless to say this is a ton of volume... I will be doing weights now like this 3x a week with 2 HIIT days. I didn't ad it up but it's like 50 sets lol

I had to work very fast too bc I only got to the gym w 1 hour left before closing.... At times during the workout I was so pumped I couldn't even feel the muscle working :/ I will be sure to give myself more time next session to get enough rest between sets. For this reason, my accessory work weights were below where I wanted them to be but definitely still effective

Looks like a great workout!

Diggin the volume chedda, im a volume man myself works well.

Ok so I wasn't Able to record my leg and rear delt session tonhjt but it wasn't impressive weight wise just high volume and followed it with 30 minutes of LISS on the treadmill.. Yesterday I was able to run at 8mph for 5 whole minutes which I've not been able to do without pain or symptoms from my hip injury since September.... I think MW is really helping heal damaged tissues and ligaments. I was also able to do 3 rounds of 30 second sprints at 9.2 mph (I used to run at 11mph) but this was good and had no ill effects! Very excited! Honestly my body comp is kinda taking a hit. I'm not getting FAT But just soft... I came off ec right before starting this log and it's starting to show with the increased cals. I'm not the guy who can choke down cals and get huge... And with a history of low T, it's no surpise. I am loving the endurance and "run through the wall" feeling I have had since starting MW. I can't say it enough how I am feeling "bulletproof" and being able to sprint again is definitely a big step in the right direction!

Tomorrow will be HIIT only again wih ab work.. About a 35 minute session and then a long ten hour work day on my feet moving around constantly. So tomorrow will be something!

Ok guys jeez working too hard this week and adopted a dog so every second not spent working or working out has been dedicated to playing with her and getting her comfortable in her new home! I followed my routine this week and it was a very high volume lift on Friday. Sat and Sunday have been rest days but I worked all day sat so still was on my feet. Sleep lacked BAD this week, but I still managed to slightly improve body comp.

I need to find a new doc to do MFR AND Cross friction massage on my psoas and abs... My current stomach distention is exactly how it was before I started regular treatments when I lived in PA July-december. I haven't been able to find any doc in CT who does what the guy did down in PA.. Swollen abs and psoas= bubble gut.

All else is good at the moment and I'll be back at it tomorrow for a lift session. Almost done w this second bottle and I have a good idea of how the final review is gonna go at this point!

Awesome look forward to the final review. And good luck with the new member of the family :)

Curious if anyone else using this has noticed increased aggression... I've been very easily pissed off... Like feeling disrespected a lot and getting angry lol. Like overly sensitive in an aggressive way. It's weird. I could also just be fed up w bullsht ppl lol. But seriously, anyone else?

Added even more volume to my sprint session today... Joints and tendons feeling very nice and solid and stable. It's been a long recovery process. I will be curious to see if the results remain after being off MW for a while. Tho I will only be off about 6 weeks bc I plan on using it again in April and May :)

For me it's hard to tell because I recently quit dipping so I'm on edge as it is right now lol

So today will be the last lift with MW. I have 3 caps left and will dose all 3 tomorrow. It's been a fun ride with some interesting results. I will work on review over the weekend and hope to have a final review by Sunday/Monday!

Looks can be deceiving!

Final review. To be posted on first page as well

Thanks again to IFN for sending me a second bottle to extend the run of my originally purchased bottle. I enjoyed using the product and will be using it again. With that being said, let's get into it. I'll keep it short and sweet.

The biggest effect this product had on me was recovery and joint health. I pushed my limits volume wise in the gym and stress wise in my personal life. I believe using most wanted helped me keep physical and mental stress levels from getting out of hand. This allowed me to make progress both in the gym and my personal life.

I noticed denser and harder muscles within a few weeks of use, about 3 weeks. I noticed the best effects with a 3 caps a day dosing. One each with my largest meals, and one before bed. Sleep quality and restorative properties of sleep saw a huge increase from this dosing.

Strength was not really a focus during my training with most wanted, but I did feel a more alpha male intensity and good aggression, which is still evident after being off 4 days, although not as strong.

Endurance definitely was increased. My greatest accomplishment while using most wanted has been being able to return to HIIT on the treadmill and being able to run around with my new dog. I've had chronic hip joint issues. Since taking MW, I seem to have healed at an extraordinary rate.. I've not been able to run let alone sprint for the last 6 months!!

I will be using the product again and highly recommend it during phases of overreaching or higher volume along with a solid balanced caloric intake. I stayed lean and may have even lost a little BF % by the end of the run.

Great product. Thank you for the opportunity to log!

I want to post several pics but it's only letting me do one which is odd... I am mobile only I don't use the website. So hopefully this will be fixed in a bit... Tried about 4 times today. But wanted to post the review so!

Had to do them single for some reason but those are final shots. Tighter and leaner, denser

Great log and review. I noticed the same with my run only I ran 1 bottle instead of 2. Wish I had one more on hand! Thanks again!

awesome dude thanks Im glad you found the log so effective. I was worried I didn't post enough! Just PM me when the opportunity drops!

Will do. I just finished my run of most wanted and kingpin. Def had similar results as you. I only took it for 4 weeks though. Excited to try it for 8 weeks and add some other goodies to the stack. I always take my new products solo (usually) first before I stack so I know what to expect or if I see any adverse side effects. IFN products treated me really well.
