are you measuring meat out before you cook it?

this has been bothering me ever since I started weighing out food... All of that fat (and water) that drips into the bbq or stays in the pan is not being accounted for. So that piece of meat that weighed 8oz with however many grams of fat and calories now weighs WAY less with less fat and calories!

maybe I'm just being too anal, but isn't anyone who weighs out everything they eat? :fool2:
