I started contests and instantly got slammed and signed several new distribution and global accounts.

Our reps have gone months without product. We had to sacrifice free product for paying consumers. At USPlabs, we never forget our obligations and never turn our back on our word.

From here on out every contest will have an end date and ship date.

Ive never met someone so willing to give back as jacob has. He is a stand up guy and given so much to this board and to me personally and I thank him.
 
Nice statement from USP. It's good to see a company take responsibility for a delay.

When so many products are late from so many companies who just say they're busy or a product will be out "soon", this is refreshing to see.

Kudos to USP for acknowledging the delay and making a commitment to put end and ship dates on future contests. Great idea.

I got my package today and was impressed with how fast it arrived after I provided my info.
