RecoverPro has been helping a lot. Really digging this 4:1:1 ratio :D
Like I said in the first post I never really noticed a difference with them before but while fasting I have noticed a definite change. I recover faster and my muscles stay fuller longer, also really helps take the edge off of hunger. Like everyone else on this forum I have an insatiable fetish for eating and I turn into a prissy princess when I'm hungry, this helps me not rip everyone's head off for breathing too close to me or something.

Just my thoughts on it!

Feel a little funny today, Creatine never sits well with my stomach and for some reason I decided to mix a scoop in with my recoverpro. Now it's bothering me, just took 2 more scoops of RP hoping that'll help.

Today should be day 7 of Smolov jr plus leg hypertrophy but if I keep feeling this bad I'll save legs for a day I can actually kill them. I hate missing a day but I hate not being able to focus and give it my all even more.

and in my more recent logs I've gone up to 200, about 10 lbs more than these pics. Theres always temptation even for a teen but only time will tell
