If Healthy Persons Did TRT, Would They Notice a Different?

I know that when people deprived of testosterone take TRT, they tend to gain muscle, lose fat, etc.

What about normal people?

I am on the border. My testosterone reads low (around 300 for someone who is in their early 20's). But, I have not had the sexual symptoms of low T.

If I were to take it, my natural test production would shut off.

Is it still a good idea?

You’d probably notice improvements, but I’m not going to recommend it. I’d personally try to naturally boost your test for now; supplement with d3, zinc, boron, multivitamin, etc. Stay consistent with training and a good diet; avoid fast food, sugars, etc.

I’m like u except 38 years old with borderline/low test 290. I’m considering it but only because of my age. I work my nuts off in the gym with minimum gains

A natty test booster might be the way to go if you don’t need TRT. CEL M TEST is a forum recommended product here on AM with the positive reviews and logs to back it up.

I had "decent" levels at 20, around 370-410ng/dl. I decided to take the plunge for multiple reasons and don't want to encourage anyone but to me its made a difference in my life that I would never turn back to not doing TRT (at the same time I'm only 25 so my feelings may change down the line).

I had many friends who jumped on the wagon when I said I began doing it and after a year many fell off. Their road to recovery after being on for a year was far from enjoyable so I'd HIGHLY suggest you think it through before you really consider doing so.
