Im on IF diet and do fasted cardio/weight training and love it!Does anyone know if the X-factor advanced breaks the fast in so low doses?I want to use 4 caps pre workout

ArA won't have an impact on your fasted state. 4 caps works out to 1g of ArA. If you wanted to get technical, since ArA is an omega 6 fatty acid, this would be 9 calories in total. Nothing nearly significant to "break" your fast. Don't sweat the small stuff and enjoy the X-factor
