im gonna do im fasting with lean foods 3 meals a day from 2pm to 8 9m
and im gonna add cardio 6 days week so i can take of the bloat and start to get more definition
for the last 5 weeks **** all out and see what happens
next cycle im gonna check on here for advice
im gonna start it may 2018 for summer
any recommendations of a 2nd cycle stack for summer
