idunk42's GH Frag Log

Day19:

Nothing to report as of today. Had a final, and my stupid teacher told us the wrong time, so I showed up 2 hours early. So today sucked for the most part. Today was an off day, so nothing to report as far as any workout and whatnot.

Day20:

Well today I felt like absolute sh1t, so I made it an off day again.

The water weight has gone back down again. This whole thing is kinda weird, but I think alot of it has to do with the sodium in foods I eat. When I try to watch my sodium intake, those are the days I seem to get less bloat. I've also been supplementing with some K+, so thats seemed to help a bit. Weight is still hovering right around where I started, but bodyfat seems to have gone quite a bit.

Nothing else really to report as of right now.

Day21:

Pinned preworkout, and everything went very smoothly. :D Seems like the frag might be actually doing something, cuz I seem to be a little more cut than before. Really wont know until the water weight subsides, cuz its still there just not as prominant.

The igf seems to be working nicely as well, as Im appearing a little more vascular than I was a few weeks ago. Igf will probably be gone in a couple of days, giving me right around a week for the frag by itself.

Day22:

Absolutely terrible day. Dont understand why I have the absolute worst luck lately. Fvcked up my back doing squats. Wasnt even going heavy, but during my parallels I messed something up back there. Dont think its too serious, but I'll definitely be taking the next couple of weeks off from any squats or any lifts where my lower back comes into play.

Its prolly my own fault since I've been neglecting my abs and lower back, so I have no one to blame but myself. I guess we all live and learn, too bad it had to happen this way. Oh well, Ill get back at it soon enough.

So, for now it looks like my lifts will be somewhat limited, but I got some aflutop on the way for the shoulder, so that should be good to go pretty quick. Other than that everything is all gravy.........:D

How long does aflutop take to kick in? I'm 8 days in at an amp a day and no help yet.

Not real sure when its supposed to "kick in" but I know that usually you run a 21 day cycle with it. What are you taking it for??

Been there ...sucks...This has def been my problem in the past for me...that and all the methyl crap thats been out!

Roman chairs, ab work, and romanian deads have been kind to my back...My form has improved on alot of my back work as well and has helped alot.

Day23:

Off day, no workout whatsoever. Back is still sore but got better as the day went on. Might try and at least do some walking on the treadmill tomorrow.

Nothing else to report as far as the frag goes. Took my last shot of igf today, so its all frag for the next week or so.

Good luck with all the injuries bro. My whole lifting career has been one injury after another. I'm the Fred Taylor/Ken Griffy Jr. of weight lifting.

yeah, injuries blow azz, but I'll be fine in no time. Its probably good, cuz at least now I'll take it easy and I probably need a little break.

Day24:

Nothing to report really today. I didnt do a damn thing so, nothing to elaborate on as far as workouts. Back is still a little tender so I was hesitant on doing anything to really exert myself. Hopefully tomorrow I'll at least be able to do something productive. So.........until tomorrow. :D

Day25:

Well I finally was able to get something accomplished today as far as working out. I was able to get a real abbreviated weight room session, with some light lifts. I didnt want to overdue do it with my back, and shoulder so I didnt do anything to strenuous. I was also able to get in some inclined walking in after my weight session.

Nothing else to really report as far as the frag goes. The water weight has pretty much seized, and I do appear somewhat slimmer. I still really wont know until I actually take measurements. I actually havent weighed myself either in a few days, but as far as I can tell there doesnt seem to be much change.

Not sure what tomorrow will bring, cuz alot depends on how much better my back feels. I'll most likely get in some very low intensity cardio, and thats probably it.

Day26:

No workout today. Back is still pretty sore, so I didnt want to push it. Nothing really to report, but Im really starting to get frustrated with this injury BS. :( Im really hoping that it heals this week so I can get back at it in full swing.

Nothing to report as far as the frag goes or weightloss/fatloss relation either.

Day 27:

Well I didnt go much today. Got about 25 minutes of cardio in, but then the back started acting up so I stopped. Its getting better, slowly but surely. Tomorrow I'll definitely hit the weights a little harder than I did on Friday. I finally got my aflutop in, so I started dosing that. Now hopefully that will take care of the shoulder and the back heals and then everything will be all gravy.

As far as the frag goes, still not a whole lot to report again. Im winding down with it, and probably got right around 4-5days or so. Water retention isnt nearly as bad as it was in the beginning, but that may have something to do with my diet lately. I've actually been paying attention the sodium content of the foods that I have been eating, to help keep the bloat down.

Thats all for today folks. :D

Day28:

Well the back is starting to heal up nicely. Its definitely much stiffer in the morning, so the last couple of days I have been stretching right upon waking. So hopefully everything will be good to go by next week.

Workout went good today, nothing out of the ordinary. Nothing else to report as far as sides or anything out of the ordinary. Weight is up a bit, and it doesnt appear to be much water weight, so thats good. Not real sure if its fat or muscle but I do appear a bit trimmer. I really wont know until I measure. That is all for today. :D

Day29:

No workout today. Nothing else to report as well.

Day30:

Well today is the last day of dosing the frag. I'll get all my measurements up in a few days. I'll probably be going out of town until sunday, so that should be a good amount of time to ensure that any water retention resulted from the frag will have disappated by then.

Final Synopsis:

Final Weight: 236===== +3.5
BF%: 14============ -1.2%

Ok, well I definitely gained weight, but I was also on igf, and this was right around what I gained on my last solo igf cycle. But on my other igf cycle, I didnt lose any fat really. Before cycle I had a LBM of 197.6 and after cycle it was 198.2. So I actually had a LBM increase of .6lbs. Thats not much, but for only 30 days is pretty good.

My arm measurements and leg measurements were pretty much the same, maybe only an 1/8 of a difference. The length over my bellybutton decreased about 3/8 of an inch. Not much, but a little bit, and again, this was only in a month and was an attempted lean bulk, barely eating over maintence.

I think that this product might be a little more beneficial to older guys, and probably should be run like normal gh, where you run it all year round or for no less than 5-6 months to see favorable results.

So........in all the product does have some potential, its just a matter of running it a little different than what the testers were doing.

Thank you IBE for this opportunity, and good luck to anybody that gives the Frag a whirl. :D
