Don't expect huge gains in strength, or steroid like results, and I think you could be very pleased with this product. It's not just for anyone though.... I'd definitely recommend it to someone pre-contest (assuming it isn't drug tested... not sure if it would show on a test or not) or someone who naturally maintains a decently low bodyfat. And assuming you found it for under $30 or so. Results I saw were mainly related to visual appearance. I was experiencing strength gains and better endurance, but I believe that could have arose from the Beverly Muscle Synergy and the IDS 17 Hydroxy Mesterone I used simultaneously.
