^ This X2. everything cooks quickly on a foreman, but fish is done in like 2-3 min. I like to marinate tilapia in lemon juice for about an hour, then roll 'em in breadcrumbs and grill 'em up. Quick and easy. Steaks take a little longer (like 4 min depending on thickness) but it's WAY faster than lighting up the coals.

What I tend to do is keep my meet for the week in a marinade and take it out as I need it (that said, don't ever store different types of meat/fish in the same container and don't add meat from different dates to the marinade, sorry if this is a no-brainer!). I have a few favorie marinades which work on pretty much any meat;

Chinese Marinade:
2 tsp low sodium soy sauce
1 tsp Finely diced stem ginger
1 tsp Finely chopped coriander
1 tsp Chinese 5 spice

Jerk style BBQ
1tsp smoked paprika
1tbsp soft brown sugar
1tbsp low sodium soy
dash tabasco
1tsp tomato puree
1 chopped red chili pepper

Oh, and if you're cooking things like flank steak, where the meat tends to be tough, add some papaya into your marinade. It helps to break down the fibers in the meat making it more tender. Hope this helps :)

You can't go wrong with a Foreman grill. Chicken Beef fish. Tons of options. I personally love to cook fish on it

Here's another quick recipe for the foreman. I like to do flank steak. Just use some Mesquite BBQ seasoning and some salt and pepper. Cook it medium on each side. Make sure you flip it and don't close the top just cook on one side at a time to keep it even. Tastes great

I love my George Foreman Grill everything cooked in less ten minutes :)

My chicken comes out dry almost always..I stopped using it for a bit...I did make a tuna melt on it though...yum :)
