iconogenin and Xgels

Since Iconogenin has anti inflammatory properties should this be dosed apart ? As I have seen on a lot of posts about Xgels and anti inflammatory supplements don’t look to much into because some have different pathways. I was just wondering because currently I usually take Xgels around 3-4PM then shower after workouts and put Iconogenin on about 6PM . I could dose apart put I really don’t want to take a extra shower early in the morning before work 😂. I can if it would be more optimal though. I like my one shower at night .😂
 
Evomuse had a product call top muscle that had laxo and ARA in it,and it did work well for me, so it might not be optimal but might do a big difference at the end of the day
 
I think you should be fine. The anti-inflammatory properties are not so profound that they would effect the ARA.
 
imo shouldnt be a problem but if u do feel something brewering in the joints
 
Exactly shower late night … Thought everyone did this lol… who wants to wake up at 5AM and shower 😂
i worked 11pm to 7am for over 20 years for international paper...i always took a shower when i got up before work and then another after...the shower before work helped wake me up and made my sweat smell cleaner, lol.

you are gonna sweat even in winter working in a box factory, in the summer people look like they just stepped out of a swimming pool with clothes on 10 minutes after shift started.

I wake up after 2 or 3 hours being asleep and it takes me like couple hours to go back to sleep ? Anyone got any ideas ? I don’t want to stop stack because it’s gains are starting 😂. Dosing is Iconogenin in morning after shower and 6 Xgels preworkout in evening 45 mins before .

This would be my recommendation. It will aid you in getting to sleep as well as staying asleep. It’s non addictive as well.
 
Is it different than orally dosing? I know it’s transdermal but when I take it in gummies or pills it don’t do anything for me.

yes, it is different than oral pills or gummies, which didn't do much for me either..transdermal works much better for me.

It’s very different. Transdermals hit the body in some opinions stronger. I personally like them better and find they work better for my body.
