OH MAN! I’ve gotta start this log of unconventional.
First application, and I’ve got to hand it to iconic formulations.
Ive used A LOT of transdermals from various companies, and this stuff goes on the best and leaves my skin feeling great.
Im really freaking impressed.

Okay, so, let me say thanks to the guys at iconic formulations for letting an old bro get a chance to try out their sustain alpha.
the last time I used this product was from primordial performance and it was actually my first ever product I used from them.
ironically this is the first product from IF that ive used as well!

okay, so I took a shower and applied SA to my torso, forearms, thighs, behind the knees, tops of hands, and out course, rubbed some on my ballz.

Was suprised to see how much I used 😱 gonna have to watch it and dose according to directions.

yup...formula is exactly the same but rob made a upgrade to lotion.

Sounds like your spreading the love in a few too many places!

I make it simple:

First pump goes on the balls, and maybe the second depending on my mood or how much surface area I am dealing with at the time. Next, I prioritize my upper thigh area and the 3rd or 4th pump(s) I disperse throughout my abdomen and possibly my shoulders.

There aren’t many products intended to be applied to our thighz and ballz, so it makes good sense to take advantage. It’s nice because when my GF catches me naked in front of the bathroom mirror rubbing myself, I get to tell her it’s right in the directions.

Even if I don’t happen to be using any of this particular product at that moment!

I suppose we could try going back to those days, but we would just end up forgetting what we were doing. Or after, she would want a back rub or something. If I’m going to negotiate anything in these situations, I would just assume that it be with myself (y)

Okay, so applied the second application, just used 3 pumps this time.
Forearms, torso, thighs and balls.
it could be a coincidence, but I’m already noticing an increase in my hunger.

and I’m not talking about regular “oh I’m hungry “ I’m talking about that painful, ravenous hunger you get on a cycle of testosterone.
Spent the last 2 days converting my yard to desert landscape, in Arizona, in July.
Also found time to take advantage of the effects of a increased libido with the mrs.

It’s pretty interesting for me personally because I’ve never used a test booster in a normal state of Hpta homeostasis.
only after some heavy cycle, so it’s interesting to feel the effects of these ingredients.

🤔 I guess not. I always called it the yard.
don’t think I’ve ever used the term lawn.
Growing up in the south, always said front or back yard.
Cut or mow the grass in the front/back yard etc...

Yeah, I would never say I snuck out the window to engage in sexual relations on the back lawn. That sounds silly!

My girlfriend is currently training to take over this task. I’m having her practice using only her left hand, so it‘s going to take a few days for us to hone in on the proper technique. I just want her to be able to have her dominant hand readily available in case something else comes up.

So yes, I am still doing this when it’s not a dedicated training session.
 
Missed a couple days updates but got up this morning at 5am and headed out to the lake for some open water swimming.
afterwards completed the finishing touches on the yard then showered, and applied another dose to the same areas, forearms, torso, thighs, testicles. 😉

things I’ve noticed:
Increased libido
Increased thirst and vasodilation
Increased hunger
Overall better sense of well being.

I’d actually like that and will save this photo to show the mrs. I had actually planned on going to the desert mountains to bring home some giant rocks, gotta compare what’s more expensive, the fine for taking them, or just buying them. 🤷‍♂️

those giant rocks aren't cheap, but couldn't you write off the expense on taxes?

I actually checked out lots of pics, and not everyone used large rocks. Just some palms and a mix of cacti look sharp as well! I wish I could do it here in Maine. That, or just get my ass out of here!

If you are really diggin the rocks, just pick out what you like and replace them with small rocks you find around the house. One day, they will grow into big rocks too, and it will make you feel good knowing you gave back to nature :)

In the meantime, keep on pumpin the Alpha!

Not tax deductible, but there is a rebate from the city for the conversion. Max rebate for my yard is around 450 with the total cost for us is around 3,000 to make the conversion.

108 is actually cool for the summer. And it’s been a pretty cool summer overall. I don’t think it’s been over 118 all summer.
i actually tried to get a 3 mile run in last week when it was 117 out. It was too hot though. I only made it 2.85 miles. It was just too hot and I wasn’t mentally prepared.Invalid Link Removed
 
Did a little midnight workout in my garage. Man, I’ve gotta get my ass in gear. My whole Body has slacked on resistance training since all this covid st1t started, but my core has taken the worst from just sitting so much. My abs get a burn doin push-ups.
Ask me to go run 13 miles, and I can do it, no problem. Ask me to do 13 unassisted sit ups, and I’d be in trouble. Wtf.
people think cardio is hard. Na, that’s easy. It’s lifting that really burns calories.
I’m in the best cardiovascular Shape of my life, but I’m also the fattest I’ve ever been since I stopped lifting seriously.
