187.2 this morning. Meal prepped some ground turkey and rice for all my lunches the week to help stay on track. I have had some great workouts the last two days full of sweat . Been the fat away with thermoamp. Today was leg day which normally doesn’t cause me to sweat that much but I was drenched.

This is still working “behind the scenes” in the sense that you can’t feel it but you continue to progress. Had to get a flu shot yesterday and I know the tech was admiring my leaned out delt . But fr I do notice my arms look more defined. Not much but noticeable to me.

It’s hard to put a non stim fat burner into words without descriptive progression in what I am seeing on the scale and in the mirror. Hope that makes sense.

187.3 this morning so not any real numerical change but I 100% see a physical change. My lower chest and upper abs and losing fat without a doubt. I think the combo with the forskolin is creating the recomp effect. My lower abs are still struggling but in my mind this product is just working it way south and that will be the last part of fat to go. It’s always a rough area.


My diet has been good and training has been on point as well. I did almost kill myself dumbell pressing today though I have a bench that has a pin to adjust the back seat and when I transitioned from incline to flat I don’t think it fully locked in. I laid back with dumbbells in hand and I heard it shift and lock at the same time. Almost gave me a heart attack

Overall nothing negative to report. Simple easy 1 cap dosing and I split it about 6 hours apart. It’s always good to use baiba pre training. If you’re looking for a non-stim burner this is one of the bests out there. Would be killer with true shred too.

185.1 this morning! That’s a 6lb drop since the start of this log! Lowest I have been in a long long time. I know I haven’t updated in 4 days but dang this stuff just keeps getting better. Without a doubt I will be stocking up on this.

I really do think there is a synergistic effect between this combo. I have used all these ingredients in the past and like them all but they didn’t work this fast and this well. The combo is

Diet has been good but carbs have been low so I feel pretty flat. Nothing a refeed can’t fix though.

Positives-fat loss, easy dosing, no crash or jitters because no stims. You don’t really feel it working other than the slight warmth or additional sweat when you work out but this stuff works whether you feel it or not.

Negatives- none. And with his intro sale price he had you would have been a fool to not stock up (I myself am guilty ). Definitely still with it at full retail imo. Iconic is killing it these days

FINAL REVIEW- starting weight 191.3 finish weight 185.0 lost over 6lbs in 4 weeks

First off let me say that I have used almost every and any non stim fat burner. I have also used all the ingredients in thermo amp as solo ingredients so I am aware of what each one is capable of. That being said, there is something about the synergy between these 3 ingredients that took it up a notch. I am very please with the results.

Dosing-10/10- one cap twice a day.. easy peezy


Effectiveness- 10/10- this product did exactly what it was designed to do. It helped me burn fat without any stimulants. Far too many people rely on stims to "feel" something on a diet without realizing much of the fat burning comes from outside the stims. this product would make a great stack with a topic burner and you could even add a stim in if you wanted; that being said-it is extremely effective by itself.

Overall-10/10- I literally can't say anything negative about the product. It works very well and iconic is a top notch company. If you want to burn fat then you want this. well done.

Nice review. I'm seeing great results as well, however I am stacking with Epitome still. The warmth from ThermoAmp mixed with the appetite suppression of Epitome is next level.

In 4 weeks I'm down over 16.5lbs. The combo made my IF which was struggling at 16hrs, easily extend over 20 hours some days. My only regret was not grabbing more ThermoAmp during presale.

Did you have any stomach/GI issues? I read that some people had bloating/gas issues while on Thermoamp.

When I ran it I didn’t notice anything negative.
