Iconic Formulations Unresponsive

Greetings any and all,

I ordered from IF Monday morning and received a confirmation email that they had received the order and payment. But as of Wednesday night I have yet to receive an email confirming shipment despite having paid for 2-Day shipping.

I’ve emailed them inquiring into status, but haven’t received a response. Does anyone know of another way to contact them directly to obtain status of shipment besides email?

I’ve ordered directly from them before and never ran into any issues. Thanks for any help!

All I need is your name and order # and I'll contact him for you; I can get in touch with him.

He doesn't get on here a lot so I doubt he will see this tonight.

I'm not sure about with him, but I know for us a lot of times our shipping confirmation emails do go to spam/junk mail, so make sure you check there too. I have no idea if he has that problem, but I know for my companies I receive a lot of emails for people that think their order hasn't shipped and the tracking has went to their spam/junk mail.
