So here's the real question, if I was to loose 14 more lbs and it was mostly fat. Where would that leave me. 12% of 192 is like 23 I believe, that means if I drop 11.5lbs of bodyfat I will be 6%That’s what think 12% BF. Good work man!
Yep, my lower 2 abs and a little on my inner thighs is where my fat sticks around. I have to have striations through my chest, shoulders and quads before that lower ab fat vanishes. My ribs show before my bottom abs do! LolYeah you can’t be too high; abs are showing so it’s gotta be 15% or less, and you also look quite lean everywhere else - you likely just tend to hold proportionally more right on the abs. No oblique or low back fat really here, comparably. 12 is definitely believable to me.

There's no way I'm gonna have the energy to fight at 6% bf.
So after my refeed il be going into maintenance mode. Till I'm 4 weeks out from the fight. Then I can just worry about losing a couple more pounds and drop it a little water weight to make 178.
I feel like that's good approach and the guys at the gym agree. The only place we disagree is they want me to cut the lifting down to bare minimum already and I'm not ready to do that yet![]()

Tomorrow is the last day, if I don't look any better or dryer in the morning I'm probably going to start eating a little more carbs tomorrow and then load Friday night. Il put up more pictures Friday if I look any different. Obviously if everything looks the same as yesterday I don't really see a reason to put up more pictures that look the same but I have a feeling after a little carb load everything will look great. Honestly, I'm completely happy with where I'm at, the carb load is more cosmetic to get a good pump for some pictures, and because I need the carbs. Feeling weak and tired lately

Yep, almost all mustards are 5cal per serving, I use lots of soy sauce and Frank's red hot, hot sauces in general are usually 0-10cal per.I’ve been living on 5 calorie mustard.

It bothers me a lot more then I expected something like this would. I can't help but thinking it sounds silly, missing someone you never actually met. But I do, I found myself looking through my old msgs to read the conversations I had with him.I agree. Ecspecially for those who were as active and as long of a member he was.
