Just making a note that I been taking 3 caps of thermoamp per day the past 2 or 3 days. Will continue at 3 caps till I'm finished. The last day should be not this coming Thursday but the following Thursday based off of how many caps I have left.

Overall I do like the product. I do feel like my body fat has gone down over the past 3.5 weeks and I don't see any downside to the product.

After I finish this log I plan on taking a few weeks off of thermoamp and then throwing it back in the final 4 weeks leading up to my fight

That's hard to say, because it's non stimulant you don't really feel anything. I just like the changes in body composition so when putting together a cutting plan I have a couple different areas I like to cover and I feel like ThermoAmp is going to be a valuable card in that hand.

I can manipulate calories and cardio, to make those things easier I can add something to control appetite and a stimulant to provide energy while calories are lower, your product being non stimulant gives another tool to stack on top of the stimulants.

Also the whole browning of white fat thing intrigues me. This product does seem to give me a little energy even tho it's non stimulant and I have to assume that's through the turning white fat cells brown???

It's the only thing I can make sense of for the energy unless I'm missing something.

Stop me if I'm way off
 
Somewhere between 300-600mg depending on the day. Many days I make a pot of coffee that's half caffeinated half decaf. Other days il start the day with 2-3 cups regular coffee and switch to decaf.

I also have some days where I will only drink decaf, so it kind of random.

Going by my diet log I have been averaging 500mg a day for the past 2 weeks.

That's about what I have daily if I take pre workout. My pre is about 350mg and then I typically have about two cups of coffee.

Mine is scattered throughout the day. I'm not caffeine sensitive at all so I don't really benifit much from caffeine pre workout. There are occasionally times I will take a pre but not often.

I'm sure some of you remember that a few weeks ago I wasn't paying attention and had 1000mg of caffeine along with some other stimulants that made me feel like crap and that's always something I kinda noticed.

When it comes to drugs, alcohol ect. Even caffeine, they don't do a lot for me at reasonable doses, the amount I need to consume to get the positive benifits is right around the upper tolerable limit so in walking a fine line.

That's what use to happen to me when I would get prescribed pain killers too. They didn't work until I took like 5 times the recommended doses and at that point now I feel sick. Even Tylenol and ibuprofen don't work on me for pain at any dose, alcohol was my demon and I wouldn't ever get a buzz till I was on like my 10-12th drink.

I forgot what they call it but it has something to do with the way I metabolize things.
 
That's part of the reason I avoid recreational drugs, aside from the fact that there unhealthy, I don't get a lot of the upside of the drugs.
 
So normally when I wake up in the middle of the night I get a glass of water use the bathroom and whatever, well there's an empty devil dog wrapper right next to my glass of water so either I ate a devil dog in the middle of the night without realizing it or one of my kids are messing with me

I know right, and even if it was one of the kids you know they're not going to fess up to eating it lol. I'm going to just say I ate one and subtract 200 calories from my total allowance today lol
 
Here's what today looks like

Meal 1
4oz chicken
1 whole egg
1 serving peas and carrots
1/2 cup sweet potato
Coffee with 4 tbsp half and half

Meal 2
6oz ground chicken
113gm garbanzo beans
1 cup spinach
1/2 cup cucumbers and tomatoes
Some ranch flavored Greek yogurt and hot sauce.

Coffee with 4 half and half

Here's where I screwed up a bit
I got a strength training workout @330 with 2 guys from the gym. At 5 I have a 45min boxing session with the trainer and at 6 I got a conditioning workout.

So I got a out 15-20min between each so I'm mixing up a couple shaker cups with a total of 22gm eaa's, 5gm creatine, lots of b vitamins and some caffeine that happens to be in the b vitamin packs.

After that I got

Meal 3
6oz steak
1 serv broccoli
1 cup white rice
1 orange

Meal 4 I haven't decided on yet. I'll figure out my calories after dinner and see where I'm at

I absolutely crushed all my workouts today. I'm super happy.

I didn't go balls to the wall on anything but I basically hit a 3.5 hour workout today.
Started with weights.
Basically did a full body workout minus chest
Followed that up with 20min on a elliptical and drove over to the boxing gym. Spent 30-45min working combinations on the heavy bag. Took about a 15min break and hopped into a 45min HIIT boxing conditioning workout.

Still had a little bit left in the tank and I grabbed a pair of 10lb dumbells and just practice some shadowboxing combinations till my shoulders gave out. Just had meal 3 and I'm absolutely starving still lol. But I'm gonna wait till right before bed to eat meal 4.

Believe it or not I need to start working up to 2-3hour boxing sessions 5 days a week.

The guys that fight regularly usually are doing 3 hours a day 5 days a week for 8 weeks leading up to a fight. There's one guy here that does 2hours 2x a day every day but Sunday...

Back in the day when I was working in wind, climbing 3 towers a day pulling all our tool bags up with hand lines. I was in the peak I have ever been in and I would still die

Fairly soon I should be starting a new job as a pile driver. It's pretty hard work, I've done similar jobs to the point that maintaining your bodyweight becomes a challenge. It's exactly the type of job I need right now too. Once that starts il basically be getting all my condition work in at my job and then I can focus on 2 hours of boxing at night, maybe throwing some weights in here or there.

Who am I kidding il never lift less then 3 days a week🤷
 
It's no secret I got shitty legs, ever since I broke my ankles they never really came back, or maybe I just don't work hard enough on them but oddly enough I was just taking measurements and my legs have grown a little more then 1/2 inch in the past 3 months and I haven't really been doing a lot of leg days. I was doing Walk lunges and leg presses a lot in January, deadlifting and box squating a lot in February, this past month I threw in 20 rep squats 2 or 3 times.

The only consistent thing I've been doing is jumping rope and squatting In my boxing stance which is above parallel.

Any way, there still not great but noticably improved in size, mainly the outer quad.Invalid Link Removed
 
Above parallel squatting is going to be ideal regarding loading the quads, and in general total volume really matters a lot on leg size. You can have tremendous maximal strength without cultivating a lot of size, but if there’s a lot of repetition you’re going to see hypertrophy (look at cyclists).

Nothing special to report. I'm pretty beat up feeling so I'm resting today, scale weight is going down and that's about all the info I have 🤷 8 days to go!

By the way, I'm going into maintenance mode after this for about a month like mentioned above, it won't be really maintenance tho, I will be jacking up my intensity so I can eat more while staying at 190 or less. Then the final 30 days I plan on using thermoamp again but combined with a stim burner, either clen or ephedrine and carderine.

I'm also thinking about throwing all out sweat in the mix since I see you guys mention it a lot I figured I'd give it a try. Possibly your TD epiandro as well. Thinking 900mg TD alongside trt.

I lowered my testosterone to 100mg about a week ago or so, so I'm gonna need something to pair with it that's a feel good product

Yep lol, I grew up in the restaurant. I once had a 4-5 week period where I put on like 30lbs. Almost Every night I was in the kitchen eating a 3 cheese tortellini with chicken and Alfredo sauce, a bottle of wine and a dessert. Tuesday-Saturday

I've been doing 1 whole egg and 1/2 cup egg weights with oatmeal and blueberries for breakfast. I use to do 2 whole eggs and 1/4 cup egg whites but I feel the egg whites are easier for me to digestive and egg in general. Of course I need a little ketchup for the taste buds though ;)

Ya, I can't eat eggs without ketchup lol, I can manage it with some salsa but I prefer ketchup. If I get to a point where I need to eliminate carbs from breakfast I also eliminate eggs or I get too tempted to put ketchup on them.

I doubt there will be much of a change in 2 more days but il do one final ending update on Thursday or Friday before my cheat day, I mean cheat meal. (Il probably end up binging for 3 days lol)😁
