Iconic Formulations ThermoAmp and Neuro Melatonin

Are you on any gear? (just curious) Or just the Thermoamp and Neuro Melatonin? I love Thermoamp - it seems to almost "clean" me out if that makes any sense. I seem to go to the bathroom more and expel more than I am eating- gross to talk about but not sure if it's the Forslean or Mitoburn. It definately warms me up and makes me sweat more when working out and doing cardio.
300mg test 200 masteron. But I did not just start that, been on it since December I go back and forth from trt to little cycles like that. Only variable is the thermoamp and a slight caloric deficit, I was about ready to add more ,450/300 right before I got picked for thermoamp but I decided not to because I didn't want to skew my results.

I do have more gas and use the bathroom more since taking it but I doubled my servings a vegetables right around the same time I started taking this supplement. I'm 150% sure that's the cause, I've got about 3 years worth of diet training supplement and gear notes from everything I've done and like clockwork when my vegetables increase I get some digestive issues for about 2-3 weeks.

I do however notice I'm sweating more during my workouts. I actually thought I noticed that a few days ago and I didn't want to say anything cuz I wasn't positive but over the past 3 to 4 days it's definitely noticeable. I'm breaking a sweat much earlier in my workouts and the past 2 days I actually changed my shirt mid boxing workout

For any reason if I couldn't make weight I would drop my testosterone to the bare minimum effective dose and that would help me drop weight. I need the gear for performance and recovery purposes but it does make loosing weight a little harder for me

Have you had any run ins with thanosnap lately lol. I saw you two constantly going at it until I eventually blocked him

@cheftepesh1 @Smont Kind of went off there earlier in a rant but I think we agree and I just didn't express myself clearly. I completely agree some kids need medication for ADHD. Some don't and we medicate too many kids because it makes life easier for everyone instead if teaching coping skills.

But back to the log! How often do you check your glucose?

Hope the ankle and back feel better soon. Congrats on the 3 years sober!

I am excited to start Thermoamp as soon as I am done with my other supp here in the next couple of days.

No worries. I like the positive back and forth.

I'm trying to behave. Lol! He posted some nonsense in another thread that I had to chime in on but I'm trying to just ignore him.

That's what I did, I'm trying to be better about not fighting with too many people on the internet lol. Lately when someone is responding to me with nonsense and I can kinda tell it's going to turn into something, il throw a couple jabs at them and then I just hit the ignore button on there profile and all there posts vanish. If I see something going at it with that person sometimes il view the blocked persons posts but typically I just try to pretend they don't exist. Save myself the headache.

I'm having a minor issue and I'm wondering if anyone might have a clue, possible one of the reps or maybe the owner.

For the past 5-7 days I have had a few minor cramps in my calves, nothing major, but kind of how it feels before getting a charlie horse where the muscle painfully knots up.
Today it keeps happening repeatedly, it's not going into full spasm but borderline.
Is there a possibility that one of the ingredients in thermoamp is causing a electrolyte imbalance or possibly causing me to need to drink more water then usual?

Again, nothing major but I'm just trying to figure out why this seemingly randomly started happening.
There really are not any other variables. Or it could just be a coincidence.

In the meantime I'm going to eat more potassium rich foods, add some salt to meals and drink more fluid.

never had that issue with thermoamp, my only issue was horrid farts 1st few days..don't think i've ever heard of this issue before--maybe @delsolrob will chime in?

you have any clue @cheftepesh1 ?

It could be purely a coincidence but I was also thinking since it's lowering my blood sugar and working kind of like a GDA then maybe there's some interaction with electrolytes. I'm thinking possibly the mitoburn

are you taking magnesium?
i always up my dose of mag at onset of cramps--it helps cramps in my hammies/calves from long runs.
tautine has been a mainstay for cramps for as long as i can remember, but mag works better for me.

I take a zinc, magnesium calcium combination daily

edit, sorry that cut off.

I normally take that supplement daily but I ran out of it about 3 weeks ago. But there's plenty of times I'm not taking that supplement and I don't have any issues, the only factor in supplementation that changed over the past week when this started happening was the product. That still doesn't mean the product is the cause I'm just trying to isolate variables

maybe try taking a separate mag just to see...i take mag daily but like i said at onset of cramps i up the dose...as much running as i do i have experience with cramps, lol. :(

That's all good but it doesn't tell me what's causing the problem. I can figure out how to fix the cramps, I'm just trying to figure out the cause

haven't you changed your training regimine?

haven't you changed your training regimine?
A little, nothing major, I'm actually lifting weights less and doing the same amount of hours per week boxing , Intensity is slightly up. so I wouldn't think there's much going on that end. If I had dramatically increased cardio it might be a problem, I am sweating a little more then usual. But my water intake is pretty damn high and I constantly alter my training and stuff like that. And the thing I'm finding strange which makes me think it's NOT the thermoamp is how I'm only getting the cramps in my calves. That's the weirdest part

Either way, I'm gonna drink extra fluids and taken some extra electrolytes.

Ive seen ppl get cramping from stuff like metformin and berberine so I had to question if mitoburn is similar to a gda and my have similar actions.

I'm not looking to discontinue the product, so I'm looking for possible links to the problem so I know what to address.

@Hyde

have u over dehydrated or messed up electrolytes once or twice on a PL cut?

How bout it @jtmass you ever screw up with sodium and water depletions?.

Is anything I'm saying making sense lol

Just out of curiosity I know you said you where going to be working on foot work with the bad ankle and all. Any possibility the additional footwork is causing calf cramps?

No, there was nothing intense going on, just walking through the motions and learning drills.

I can't see any possible way it's training related. Like, not at all

I've actually backed off the jumping rope a good amount too the past week. If anything my calves are under less stress.

Well that’s as much help as I got to offer lol I don’t know enough about the other questions you asked.

Hopefully you get to the bottom of it, cramps suck!

haven’t kept up lol. Can you explain what’s going on?
Odd cramping that's only in my calves, kind of like the way it feels right before you get a charlie horse and that muscle knots up and spasms. It's not quite going to that point. It just feels like it's about to.

Hydration and everything has been pretty consistent and this started shortly after thermoamp. (I'm not saying that's the cause)
But I'm wondering if any of the ingredients could be causing a electrolyte imbalance.

Now I also don't think that's the case because I'm only having the issue in my calf muscles, nowhere else.

So what I'm trying to do here is isolate the variables, but I'm also trying to make the issue go away as fast as possible. I'm kinda afraid to jump rope because I'm worried it will knot up.

It's not debilitating, I have made it through every workout and everything's going pretty damn smooth, but it seems like it's happening more frequently as the days go by and I don't want it to get out of hand.

My question to you I guess is, has a gda ever made you dehydrated or cramp up.
Or something like mitoburns effects with bibia in muscles maybe be something to look at?

Maybe I have been just hydrated enough to get bye and the slight increase in sweating is enough to make it happen?

I focused today on foods with more potassium and magnesium and I added some salt to stuff while drinking some extra fluids, dosent seem to change anything. I e had that feeling in the Cavs come and go about 12-15 times today.

Ya, again, it's not a major deal. I just want to figure it out so it doesn't become one.

I also feel like I'm very in tune with my body and while it's normally a good thing, it can make me hyper focus on little things going wrong and overanalyze the situation

Be careful trying to play with electrolytes too much. The body is very good at regulating electrolytes and sometimes when you mess with it, the body will try to counteract the effects of having too much.

Where is your protein? On low carbs?

I found one study on baiba Invalid Link Removed

Found some on forskolin , as well. Usually abdominal cramps

Protein around 200, carbs not low at all. There's pretty much little to no variables in diet, training or anything lol.

Stumped

Hmm, interesting. Maybe discontinue for a few days and see? Before changing diet factors? I know for me, high protein can increase my cramping at times.

Did you not just get COVID? I have heard people getting terrible cramps on their calves and blood clots as well. May want to get it checked on. Probably not sodium or potassium deficiency.

I believe Grains of Paradise has some diuretic type action. I could be wrong on that, but I believe it does. I’m not sure about the other two, but on a cut and with intense training I know diuretics can increase cramping.
Not sure, just a guess. Obviously likes already been noted increasing water, magnesium and potassium should help. I’ve never taken grains of paradise, so no experience with it, but I know when I’ve had super low body fat and have added a diuretic to try to squeeze that last bit of water out, I’ve had some pretty intense cramps.

I don’t believe smont is at that low bf to feel cramping.. plus, he’s drinking water and doing everything naturally and supplementation wise..

Again, I don’t know enough to recommend any solution. But, like I mentioned in my comment above, it possibly could be a reason.

Yep, had covid in early to mid January, but I've been over it for like 6-7 weeks

Definitely not too lean lol, if I had to guess I'm like 15% bf. Abs visible, vascular but definitely not ripped at all. I just started this diet, I got 20lbs to go.

Let's just drop it, il figure it out and if not and it gets worse il go get a Dr. Opinion

On another note, Im finding Neuro Melatonin makes me relaxed, it makes falling asleep easier if I'm trying to fall asleep, it doesn't put me out but it makes it easier to go to sleep if I want to. But it doesn't seem to help me stay asleep. I'm gonna try a 1.5ml dose just for the hell of it but I'm also thinking about letting my girl see if she likes it. I'm interested to see how it effects someone who doesn't have a 20 year crappy sleep regimen lol.

Haha. Not a knock on you, man.. but, just taking out one possible reason. But, yeah.. a few people I know didn’t get the cramp during COVID or right after it. It just happened after it was cured and few weeks later.. just check and see so that you know that’s not the reason.

I wasn't taking it as a knock, I was agreeing lol.
Even If some how it was related to the covid, I would have to assume there's something out of whack right? Like if ppl are getting these cramps from covid then the covid is causing something to happen so what is the thing that it's causing. But whatever. Il figure it out.

I'm gonna try a few things like getting extra hydrated and stretching them, maybe massage or something else to get the blood moving

Cramping is the worst. If I don't stay hydrated while taking creatine after biceps I cramp just trying to take a drink of water

Nothing really important to say today.

Rest day, trying to get well hydrated, have a minor headache right now but I have had zero caffeine yet so that's probably just my caffeine addicted brain.

Was supposed to go to a party today but honestly I'm having a little anxiety cus I know everyone is going to be drunk. The alcohol itself doesn't bother me but being sober around a bunch of drunk ppl is annoying. And I will end up drinking a bunch of soda and eating cake, lots of cake, and chips, and basically anything else in arms reach😁so I'm just gonna pass as long as no1 calls me out lol.

I talked my girlfriend and daughter into going to the gym together this morning so that was cool, hopefully they stick with it.

And that's about all I got.

in to hear what your girl thinks about the neuro melatonin.🤓

I may have found it . I am guessing it's the forskolin. Do you have an idea of how much calcium you're consuming, as well?

Invalid Link Removed -
Forskolin increased the intracellular calcium concentration in the cultured keratinocytes and the increase was blocked by nifedipine or verapamil.

If you have excessive calcium, your muscles may twitch or cramp

Il read into that, I probably consume way too much calcium, I have a lot of dairy products, Greek yogurt, half and half, fairlife milk, various cheeses, also lots of leafy greens and there is calcium in my supplements. My vitamin stack alone has almost 50% of your daily value

Never heard of that. I would say maybe a hydration issue.

Hydration I think is the lowest possibility I drink about a gallon and a half of fluids per day just in the form of water alone. I'm thinking more like a electrolyte imbalance or as someone brought up there is a link between forslean and calcium causing cramps and I get a lot of calcium. So I'm leaning towards that

Gained 2 lbs over the weekend lol, I'm assuming it's from all the extra fluids electrolytes I was drinking because I look leaner and got pumped like a mofo today. Invalid Link Removed

Back to work now, gonna do a quick 30 min boxing drill after work that's most heavy bag and starting today I'm supposed to do a 9min footwork/shadow boxing drill before bed 5-6x week adding 1 min and 2 new combination each week.

Definitely will be a form of cardio once I get it down pact and can fire off nonstop
