Caught up & following. Nice log so far.
Getting ready to bust out my thermoAmp in a couple of weeks. Have 2 bottles in my stash.
That's all I'm trying to do, when I switch to diet mode I add a bunch of fruit and vegetables to my meals. So I'm doing 5 meals a day and I'm getting 1-2 servings of vegetables with 4 of my meals, so 4-8 serving of vegetables daily, the amount of volume that takes up pretty much limits me from eating the junk. Then I have fruit at least 1-2 servings through the day to curb my sweet tooth during the day and I usually save the protein pudding or the protein ice cream for night time or post-workout.I like that pudding recipe….simple and effective. Have to pick up some this evening.
Always interested in new ideas to spice up the diet.![]()
Looks legit. Will be trying that soon. The pudding ones not even really a recipe, it's actually the simplest thing ever. I'll buy a box of the low calorie sugar-free chocolate or vanilla pudding mix, it usually says to mix two cups of ice cold milk and you whisk it together until it thickens up into a pudding and refrigerate you know normal directions. I'll take a cup and a half of lactose-free skim fairlife milk (19g protein) I'll shake that up with one scoop of whatever protein powder I think the flavor is going to go good with (30g protein) and once I have those two made up into a shake I'll just whisk that into the low calorie sugar-free pudding mix. What you end up with is about a 400 calorie bowl of pudding that has 50 g of protein, because a lot of my meals are 500 calories and 50 g of proteinInvalid Link Removed, I'll add a cookie crumbled up and some Cool whip and it makes it 500 calories. I can use that as a meal replacement or because it's so much volume I can actually break it up into little pudding pops or whatever you want to do just to take the edge off.
But I prefer to make that 500 calories 50 g of protein my last meal of the day to satisfy my sweet tooth
fairlife milk is absolutely worth the extra cost, imo....Also, if anybody wants a really awesome post workout shake, buy a can of the pumpkin pie mix, vanilla protein powder the amount of that pumpkin pie mix you want to hit your carbohydrate goal add a little extra cinnamon and some more skim fairlife milk.
Obviously that's not going to work if you're on a keto or low carb diet but if you're on a higher carb low fat diet like I like to do, it works and is delicious.
I'm using talk to text so if anything came out screwy I apologize I'm at work in a rush
very interested to see how you adjust the neuro melatonin for for your particular needs...for me staying asleep has never been a issue, it's falling asleep.First thought on Neuro Melatonin.
I fell asleep very easily, I actually just picked up a book and I don't think I made it past the first page. I still woke up about a hour and a half later which is normal for me, even when I was sick and taking a bunch of Tylenol pm I would still wake up shortly after falling asleep.
Now normally I will go right back to sleep and wake up around 3/330am to pee but I woke up slightly later at 415ish and I was very wide awake. At that point I was already asleep for about 5.5-6 hours (which is about the maximum I normally get. Went back to sleep around 5:00 and was half asleep and got up at 7:00.
So even tho I woke up about the same amount of times as normal, I fell asleep easy and fast, and I got a slightly longer stretch of sleep and wake up a little more ready to go.
The difference was small and could just be coincidence, I'm not expecting years of broken sleep to get better with the snap of a finger. But I do "feel like" I was more relaxed after applying it and had slightly better sleep. I'm going to continue with 1/2ml for the remainder of the week and keep notes, il go up to 3/4ml Sunday night.
Thermoamp starts tomorrow. Today is a rest day, ankles are fried from yesterday anyway so it's well needed

it sometimes takes me 3 hours or more to fall asleep, but once i'm asleep i stay asleep--it's odd that at my age i never need to get up to take a leak.I personally have issue with both.
I'm more the opposite, I can usually fall asleep fine but not stay asleep, even during the day I can sit down and take a nap if needed. Naps are what gets me through life lol.very interested to see how you adjust the neuro melatonin for for your particular needs...for me staying asleep has never been a issue, it's falling asleep.
10,000%fairlife milk is absolutely worth the extra cost, imo....
Possibly, I heard something along those lines a while back and not a lot was said after the initial accusations. I was actually looking for a replacement for fairlife because of that. But somewhere in that whole whatever I didn't find a replacement and just kind of forgot about the whole thing. You just saying it is the first time it clicked me in a while.Didn’t fairlife have some scandal about animal abuse a short time ago?
If anyone wants to ruin there day, go look how pigs are treated. It's sick. Now imagine that happening to your dog because pigs mentally are pretty much the same as dogs, there actually smarter and capable of forming the same bonds
i have farms all around me, my son in law goes in on buying a whole hog and cow and we share the processing costs--it's good to know where your food comes from, plus we are both very avid hunters--actually my son in law just opened a small archery shop out of his garage. If anyone wants to ruin there day, go look how pigs are treated. If I had easy access to stuff like that I would do it. Unfortunately I don't have anyone to go in on stuff like that with me. I do get my hands on some local wild game from time to time, I like venison, especially the heart. I've had black bear sausage, beaverr that was made into a baked beans type thing. I even had a squirrel pot pie lol. Oh, and Canadian goose that was like red meat, so weird but delicious.i have farms all around me, my son in law goes in on buying a whole hog and cow and we share the processing costs--it's good to know where your food comes from, plus we are both very avid hunters--actually my son in law just opened a small archery shop out of his garage.
I remember the legendary gallon of whole milk a day diet back in highschool footballWhen I was in my late teens I regularly drank a gallon of milk per day.
I didn't do it for that, I actually just like milk that much lolI remember the legendary gallon of whole milk a day diet back in highschool footballI don't know if I could still do it every day
i like splitting my doses up like this---on empty before breakfast and on empty before dinner...i've heard guys having good results both on empty and with food i just liked taking it better on empty...as experienced as you are i suggest doing a little experimentation and finding what works best for you.Ok gentleman, I'm gonna put on 1/2ml of Neuro Melatonin and get ready for bed. Tomorrow I will start thermoamp. 1 serving with breakfast, then a high rep pull workout with some intra eaa's, then meal 2, another serving of thermoamp and a protein bar with fruit as a pre workout mealand then deadlifts and boxing. 2 more meals after that.
Does that sound good for timing the thermoamp? Or should I just split it up evenly?
Let me know and il talk to y'all tomorrow

I'm counting to a degree, I'm doing 5 meals, approximately 600calories and 40-50gm protein per meal. So I'm aiming for 3000 at the momentare you going to count macros for this cut or eyeballing?
that would be a real test.. btw, thanks for detailing your nutrition approach. I think, I'll start keeping a journal for nutrition going forward. Helps to back track. As long as I don't get any weird side effects from bibia or grains of paradise ( never have used either before) but after about 2 weeks if I noticed there's no weird side effects from those I'm going to pick up another bottle of this stuff on my own and continue using it the second month while on maintenance calories.
I actually like it that you give such details, that’s not dragging it out at all. This is a good log because of that. It allows us to be able to see all that your eating and supplements taken, along with how you make your adjustments to meet your goals.I'm counting to a degree, I'm doing 5 meals, approximately 600calories and 40-50gm protein per meal. At the end of this week, Sunday, will be day 7 since I started this diet. On Sunday I will total up everything I ate and divide it by 7 to see where my daily calories are and I will make adjustments from there.
I was 201.1 apon waking this morning, that's 18lbs up from where I ended my last cut.
My goal over the next 30 days is burn as much fat as I can while using this product, probably drop 12ish lbs and then stay in maintenance mode for 30 days while the boxing training gets hard, then the last 30+ days il worry about making weight.
Based off my previous food journals and notes I have a good idea of where my calories need to be for me to loose x amount of weight. So if I'm correct, that will mean that 3000, 2750, 2500, 2500 will bring me to around 190lbs.
Maintenance calories are well over 3000 right now so my deficit and speed at which I'm dropping calories is a little overkill at the moment. But I'd rather drop some weight fast, take advantage of thermoamp while I'm using it and give everyone a good quick transformation for this log, and then chill on maintenance calories for a month.
The end goal with thermoamp is to cut down to a more comfortable leaner weight, and get my insulin sensitivity primed for fat burning. Currently fasted blood sugar is in the high 90's, I wanna see it high 70's low 80's
I've noticed it doesn't spoil as fast. Now that we are empty nesters we don't drink much milk, got tired of poring un opened 1/2 gallons down the drain because it went bad.fairlife milk is absolutely worth the extra cost, imo....
Open gym just means you can come in and do what you want. There's no specific classes or stuff going on where people will be in your way. What does open gym mean; while body Weight training? Sorry, not familiar with the term.
you crack me up...reminds me when i was a kid at christmasTonight I'm gonna go up to 3/4ml on the melatonin and see if it makes a difference. I know I said I was going to wait till Sunday but I'm impatient LOL.
I like the punching workout with 10 lbs dumbbells, that’s a good idea. I’m going to incorporate that on my heavy bag days.Deadlifts- worked up to 415
Cheat curls with slow negative 95x5,5,3
10lb dumbbells-20 uppercuts/20 hooks/20 straight punches. Repeat 3 times
Freestyle Heavy bag 3min on 1min off x3 rounds
Bag drills 2 on 1 off x5 rounds
Weighted chins 25x5,5,5 BW x10
Not enough gas left in the tank for sparing.

I like to hold them up by my face like I would with my gloves and stay nice and tight in that position and in a controlled manor throw the punches like I would if I was wearing gloves. "Very controlled and half speed" I could probably use 50's for the uppercuts and hooks even but not with the straight punches. So I'm sticking with 10's and 15's and il just add repsI like the punching workout with 10 lbs dumbbells, that’s a good idea. I’m going to incorporate that on my heavy bag days.
