First of all thanks to @delsolrob for the opportunity to log this. I do PCT even tho I'm on TRT. People always make a point of telling I don't have to do this so it's already been said 😂. I'm running this at 4 pumps ed so I can get 4 weeks out of it. Also using pomegranate extract from Swanson. Just 2 caps in the am with fatty breakfast(helps absorption).

They are now using Clomid for low test so it's not exactly a crazy idea. What I want to do is get endogenous levels up as much as possible while taking the moderate exogenous.(my trt is dosed at 150 mgs per week)

Along with blocking ERs SERMs have some other cool benefits. Ellagic and ursolic acid increase the nitric oxide elevation benefits of the boosters during workout. They also increase insulin sensitivity(I think Resveratrol may help this also). Resveratrol is just good for your heart and also protects you from gyno a bit. For the ladies it also is used for breast cancer.

I'm going to try to not deload much from my previous cycle and may even reload a bit towards the end. I had a shoulder problem during this last one and couldn't up the weights as much as usual. Workout will be up later.

Had a good leg day on my first workout for this log. I used a half scoop of All Out ultra edition and the pumps doing the calf raises were sick. I put a scoop of Walgreens protein with the creatine in the pre and took 2 caps of SNS agmatine also and that didn't hurt. I can't wait to do this doing chest & arms.

Looking forward to your run of this

I'm loving how the Sustain Alpha, pomegranate extrate(70% ellagic acid) and All Out ultra are doing pumps. I looked
all striated with vascularity really showing doing arms. Should have taken a pic. The scoop from the Swanson pre is exactly a half scoop of the All Out. I put tad more that a half scoop but think I'll just stick with that. It's about the same as a strong cup of coffee caffeine wise.

Some of the younger guys at the gym couldn't believe I was 66. They said I looked about 50 and bragged on my size and vascularity. Well longevity is my thing now. I said I didn't like the Matrix chest press because of the wide grip but it being tougher isn't exactly a bad thing. Anyway here's my workout yesterday:

Got this one in yesterday. The external rotation is helping my shoulder. Just going to keep slowly creeping the weight up onthe Shoulder press and see how it goes.

It's kinda wild usually deloading during off cycle but the shoulder messed me up on my last cycle so I'm kinda reloading on some things.

I haven't shared all this but think I will now.
After the wreck I was on opioids quite awhile. I never abused them and even took less than my prescription.

Consequently when my Dr cut them off, I had some left. I continued these until they were gone. After that I used otc pain meds. Later I found out about kratom and have used it quite a bit mostly pre workout recently.

I have been tapering the dose and landed on 2.5 grams pre workout as of late. My plan is to phase it out. I will be doing the next workout without it and see how that goes.

Personally, I think opioids mess the HTPA up at the top of the loop. They prevent gnrh from being released from the hypothalamus. I suspected that 7.8 benzoflavone helped this but it's hard to verify. Anyway, I think it would be best to just stop them all together.
Hopefully my messed up shoulder won't hinder this. We'll see.

Here's my workout from Wednesday:
Snap Fitness chest, tris and bis:

95 X 10
Matrix curls: seat on 4
82.5 X 10
82.5 X. 10
1 hour 1 minute. I played around with some other bench stuff so that's why it took a little longer. Think I'm just gonna stick with this.

The delt, back workout is the tough one without the kratom and it actually went pretty good. I had lowered the weight quite a bit on the shoulder press awhile back and started creeping it up. Pumps were good as usual with All Out ultra and strength is doing OK.

I think the external rotation is helping. Hopefully I won't have to do any surgery. I would really like to overcome this naturally.
I hate the idea of my arm being in a sling forever again. Might wanna try some of that td curcumin.

Sometimes I lose track of threads to because the notifications don’t show up That someone has replied and then I forget about it!

I didn't skip leg day. :p It's weird my shoulder bothering my at night after leg day but that's how it went.
Kinda cool taking weight up slowly during an off cycle period. I think dropping the kratom helped but if this shoulder keeps it up...

I'm probably going to change my workout schedule because I have a job offer to see about. We'll see. Anyway here's Mondays leg day:
Snap fitness leg day:

I appreciate your attention to detail on workouts etc, it really helps to get an idea of if the product itself is shining through. My father is in a similar age group and I’m always looking at things I can send his way. Subbed.

I'm rethinking my workouts for my new job. It will probably be something like this;
Monday- bench & tris
Tuesday- off
Wednesday- back & bis
Thursday- off
Friday- delts
Saturday- leg day
Sunday- off
It might get mixed a bit we'll see.

I did a delt only day Thursday because I'm making them shorter. My shoulder still bothers me some. Delt day was like this:

Snap Fitness delts:
Shoulder press neutral grip: seat on 5
75*X 10 Gonna creep up by 5
85 X 8
95 X 6
Leaning lat raises:
20 X 10,10 L&R

70 X 10
Shoulder external rotation: set on 10
10 X 10,10 R&L
10 X 10,10
10 X 10,10
40 minutes lots of stretching tho

Glad you're following. I hope your dad gets something he can use.

I was going back and forth between sustain alpha and Dermacrine. It seems like either would be a good addition for him. I actually just placed an order with Iconic and added a bottle of Dermacrine to send his way.

In my opinion Dermacrine is better. If he's doing TRT the pregnenolone is nice addition. I had some td pregnenolone on hand and added it in today.

That is good to know.
I should clarify that I talking about older trt guys doing a "PCT" using Dermacrine. I don't know for sure if pregnenolone is suppressive or not. I someone is doing a regular PCT and coming all the way off then Sustain Alpha would be the one to use. Pregnenolone helps an older guys joints a lot.

Currently my dad doesn’t do anything hormone related, so I figured dermacrine should be potent enough to see results without going too crazy.

I haven't started working again yet but I like these short workouts. I wanted to try to 1 rep the whole stack on the tricep press but didn't. Maybe next time.

Snap Fitness chest & tris

44 minutes went from 1st floor to 3rd once and finished on 1st. 15 sets and those long stretches so not bad.

I get that in my head sometimes too and then I'm like ok risk vs reward is not there for my meat head mind :ROFLMAO:

Doing pretty good on this. Weights creeping back up.(they were down a bit during my cycle because of my shoulder).

I start working again Monday and am debating with myself what to do tomorrow.

I'm loving the pumps from combined effects of the natural serms and the All Out ultra. Should have took a pic of the striations and vascularity.

Tomorrow may be a combo of delts & legs.
Anyway, here's yesterday's workout:
Snap fitness back and bis:
Cable rows:
130 X 10
135 X 8
140 X 6
Wide-grip Pulldowns:
100 X 10
100 X 10
Reverse grip cable rows:
120 X 10
125 X 8

95 X 10
95 X 10
Matrix curls: seat on 4
82.5 X 10
82.5 X 10
82.5 X 10
50 minutes I will probably combine the Reverse grip rows and straight arm pushdowns for the lat contraction next workout. Like I was doing.

I looked back on an old notebook that I had previously logged workouts in my 50s and the numbers made me sad. :( Still doing most of the same stuff tho. That was after the wreck. I don't even want to think about what I was doing before that.

Anyway, I missed a delt day because I started working that day but I did do leg day yesterday.

I'm at the end of the Sustain Alpha(have enough for tomorrow morning) so I will do a review tomorrow.

Here's yesterday's workout:

I know the feeling of looking back at previous journals and it can be discouraging. As long as you’re still able to train I’d say you’re still doing great

I actually did my last pumps of the Sustain Alpha today. Since I didn't know how my new work schedule was going to be I skipped international chest day yesterday.
I should have done it because it was a short work day.

This week will be to feel out my training schedule and see how to do it. I'm taking a week off training for this.

Below is my review of the Sustain Alpha;

I'm already a big believer of using resveratrol for pct. It's a little different for me nowadays because I'm on trt. During my last cycle I had some problems with my shoulder and either didn't creep the weights up or even deloaded a bit.

Since starting the Sustain Alpha I have been creeping the weights up. Even on trt the resveratrol bumps the endogenous test up a bit. Since I'm already a guy who loves dermacrine I added in some pregnenolone towards the end.

I think this product would be a great pct for people just cycling who are not on trt. It should definitely bring endogenous test back on line. Highly recommend!

sorry I've been offline for a bit.

Thank you so much for the review and log!

Hey @delsolrob .. Is the upper torso, arms/chest, ok application area.. it's just what I prefer rather than the mid section and/or groin area. I've been using it for two weeks now, it appears so far so good.

I'm not delsolrob but yes those are fine. I've never used the groin area. The inner quads is the best area for absorbtion tho and I try to always use them.

yes sir, I actually always stick to upper body - shoulders, arms, chest
