Both ways are great. I’ve run iron legion several times with great results. Plus use code chef for a nice discount.

@Anabaholic the 7-keto gel was put on hold pending some legal concerns...another company took exception to our product. Upon realizing they had a legitimate concern, we decided to hold off while we investigate other products.
