Getting an error for military discount.

I have the two dermacrine and 1 sustain alpha stack and it’s telling me Cart does not
Meet requirement

Any idea?
 
The code memorial works... but the unique code they are giving me through authenticating with ID services is telling that the cart does not meet the requirement for the code

Someone from the team actually reached out to me and got it resolved. Very happy! And yes I currently serve in the Navy reserve.
