I've started using EndoAmp Max 11 days ago (Friday 16th).

I've done blood test on testosterone, corstisol, GH (Somatropin) and estrogen (Estradiol E2) after 4 days of using EndoAmp.
Reason for blood test is to compare my natural levels (after 4 days of using there were hardly some major changes) and levels of said hormones after 3 week cycle... that is the only "booster" I'm using, not stacked with anything.

I wanted empirical evidence if this product is good as advertised and how much difference is in hormones change.

Other supplements I use are whey protein, creatine and All Out Sweat pre-workout before boxing and All Out Ultra when I hit the weights in the gym.

Hormone levels:
Estradiol (E2) - 134 pmol/L
Cortisol - 358 nmol/L
GH (somatropin) - 0.048 ng/mL
Testosterone - 7.28 nmol/L

After 11 days of use I'm starting to feel more relaxed, less stressed but didn't feel any change in strength yet.

Today was the first day after two weeks I've went to gym after injuring my back... coincidentally that same day I've started using EndoAmp.

Before gym I haven't used any preworkout since I just wanted to test how my back would tolerate exertion under load.

I've started with bike, goal was 10 min over 70 RPM at level 6 to 7... I've managed 20 min over 80 (81-83) mostly on level 7, strength and energy was just there.
I had to go to level 4 for couple of minutes because I drank water while cycling and water went to wrong pipe and started lightly gasping for air... don't drink and drive.

Next was deadlift to asses my back injury so I've started first set with iron bar only, second and third set increased to 10kg (22lbs), 2nd 6 reps, third 8 reps.
It went more than good, strength and energy were there but didn't want to strain back too much and risk another injury.

So basically that was my first training, more like easing my back into training again.
Tomorrow I'll have next training where I'll add more exercises and increase weight on the deadlift.

I was suprised how much strength and energy I had on bike, especially after 2 weeks of not training.

Overall, I've experienced better sleep and was generally much relaxed but not much in way of feeling stronger due to test increase like with Dermacrine or Sustain Alpha but that increase in strength was noticeable during training.

Yesterday, bike part was great, 20 min total around 83-85 rpm; 5 minutes of warmup on level 5 and 6 then 15 min on level 7.
Legs were burning, especially quads but strength never failed me, it was just there.
Haven't used any preworkout.

Then all went to hell... deadlift warmup with 10kg (22lbs) then went to 20kg (44lbs) and after 4th rep back started to hurt, it felt like nerve got inflamed again.

And that was that for yesterday.
Injury is still lurking in the shadows.

Injury is better today but obviously it will give me trouble for some time.

Next time I'll start with bench to see how much strength I've lost on chest, triceps and then move to shoulders and biceps.

Still feeling more relaxed, sleep is very good.
So far, I'm happy with this product.

Yesterday was really good, I've done mostly bench, curls/ hammer curls, front and lateral shoulder raises.

Bike was great, this time 15 min over 80 rpm... 3 min warmup on level 5 and 6, 10 min on level 7 and last 2 min pedal to the metal on level 8 around 100 rpm (98-105).

Bench...started warmup with 2 sets of 20kg (44lbs) of 6 and 8 reps.
Increased to 30kg (66lbs), 4 sets of 8 reps close grip, about 30 sec of rest in between sets.
After about 2 min of rest transitioned to wide grip, 4 sets of 4 reps, about 30 sec of rest.
After about another 2 min of rest transitioned back to close grip, 2 sets of 4 reps, about 30 sec of rest.

After that went on curls, 12kg (26lbs).... first 2 sets of 8 reps then hammer curls 2 sets of 8 reps, about 20 sec rest.
After curls went on shoulders, "interchange sets" 2 sets of 6 reps front raise with 8kg (17lbs) and 2 sets of 6 reps lateral raise with 6kg (13lbs)... side delts are somewhat weaker.

Wanted to finish with Arnold press but instead opted for another 4 "interchange sets" of curls/hammer curls of 6 reps, same weight as before.

Didn't do any back exercises.

All in all, after 2 1/2 weeks of not doing upper body due to back injury it was really good.
Didn't expect that I will recover that fast in between sets and strength was pretty much consistent until the end with slight lost in strength and energy towards about last 15 min of training.

Didn't use any pre-workout.

That's a positive! I may have to give this a try on my next order!

@LeanEngineer
Next week I'm gonna do another blood test on testosterone, corstisol, GH (Somatropin) and estrogen (Estradiol E2) to see if there is some hormonal change as IF claimed... also that's end of the 4 week cycle.

So if you want to wait for the results to see if there is some noticeable hormonal improvement...

But yes, it gave me better sleep, was more relaxed and after 2 weeks of not training due to back injury I had strength and energy like I had continuous training in those 2 weeks.

Didn't feel I've lost strength on weights, continued with same weights when took that 2 week break and as I've said I had shorter recovery in between sets.... after 2 weeks of not training

Good to know! For sure if you share the results i'd like to take a look to see how your numbers were impacted.

I've got test results back from today's blood test.

Hormone levels old vs new
HormoneOld valuesNew valuesDifference
Estradiol (E2)134 pmol/L102 pmol/L-32 pmol/L (-23%)
Cortisol358 nmol/L192 nmol/L-166 nmol/L (-46.37%)
GH (somatropin)0.048 ng/mL0.076 ng/mL+0.028 ng/mL (+58,33%)
Testosterone7.28 nmol/L8.15 nmol/L+0.87 nmol/L (+11,95%)

As you can see there is change across the board.
Especially significant change is in cortisol decrease and HGH increase.

EndoAmp Max is the only hormonal product I've used.
Other products I've used are whey protein, creatine and All Out Sweat and Ultra preworkouts.

Conclusion is that EndoAmp Max works really good, especially in decreasing cortisol and increasing HGH.

Thank you for sharing your results! Can't wait for you to try the sustain alpha!

Nice information. Looks like you had a good run.

Surprisingly good run.
I was little sceptic at the beginning, after reading IF claims on EndoAmp Max but they delivered on it's promises.

I’ve used several bottle and it does everything it promises.
