I'm trying really hard to change my mindset here and it's nearly working. I never skip leg day, but I rarely look forward to it. It's like the dinner I have to eat before dessert. But the rewards are starting to show from the discipline and with the rewards come a bigger appetite for more vegetables.I like to joke about not skipping leg day a lot but I really did Monday.

When I did that it was every other week. This was the only way for me to get the big numbers on the single lift. I don't even care about that now and use the cool Matrix leg press. They do have a squat & bench division in powerlifting now and national records would have been cool but I don't even care.That kind of volume trashes my legs for a week

Same here. I'm not trying to break records I'm more or less just lifting for hypertrophy now a days.When I did that it was every other week. I'm probably going to log this Ursa-Gel and Ursa-bolic experiment on here. I will only be doing TRT, oral resveratrol, oral pregnenolone and dhea with it.
Agreed. I've always come out with positive results when I've used any iconic formulations product.Iconic formulations products are great.
