Iconic Formulations Dermacrine & Ultra Epi log

After studying it out a bit, this may be ideal for getting REM sleep.
Agreed. I really like it because it's a quality sleep support product without the melatonin.

I had to workout at Snap because I was running late(Nautilus closes at 5 today).
Went with the pause bench on the flat because I don't care for that Matrix chest press.

Can't really complain about the way this one is going. I'm only up a few lbs but am really lean and hard. Arms and delts were popping at the end. Should have took a pic.
Striations are looking good for an old man :p

I like to joke about not skipping leg day a lot but I really did Monday. Got my delt & back one in for Wednesday tho.

I did Warmups on the shoulder press instead of doing it as the last movement of the delt lifts this time. The Neuro Curcumin is helping a lot!

75 X 10
85 X 8
95 X 6

Straight arm pushdowns: straight bar

My Saturday workout will probably be the last for this cycle.

I'm trying really hard to change my mindset here and it's nearly working. I never skip leg day, but I rarely look forward to it. It's like the dinner I have to eat before dessert. But the rewards are starting to show from the discipline and with the rewards come a bigger appetite for more vegetables.

Yeah. Leg day is like that. It's tough action but the rewards are great. All those core muscles are used in many other movements.
One of the things that makes it worse for me is the amount type 2 muscle fibers in my legs. Getting them to break PRs or even grow takes some volume training.

Leg day equals cardio for me due to the exhaustion of pretty much the entire body.

Since I did my favorite workout today and I'm close to the end of this one I did 4 pumps of the dermacrine and epi. It was also the day of my trt injection so that helped.

It's kinda weird that I started doing the 5 X 5 on the chest press right at the end but it went well. I probably have one more day and maybe taper day Monday.
Here's today's workout:

90 X 10
Cybex concentration curls:

62.5 X 10
Wow one hour exactly again! 22 sets and lots of stretching.

That kind of volume trashes my legs for a week
You can imagine how brutal those 10 X 10 squats in the rack were for me then. Especially the last couple of sets.
My legs would be trashed for a week if I did 10 x 10 right now. That's a lot of volume.

When I did that it was every other week. This was the only way for me to get the big numbers on the single lift. I don't even care about that now and use the cool Matrix leg press. They do have a squat & bench division in powerlifting now and national records would have been cool but I don't even care.

Same here. I'm not trying to break records I'm more or less just lifting for hypertrophy now a days.

I did the leg day that I missed yesterday after work. Didn't really have rough work day when I missed last week just felt kinda crappy that day.

No taper on the three pumps yet. Guess I still on for delts and back tomorrow we'll see.

I'm probably going to play with doing heavies on the chest press but It's basically doing bodybuilding with angles for me too.

I'm probably going to log this Ursa-Gel and Ursa-bolic experiment on here. I will only be doing TRT, oral resveratrol, oral pregnenolone and dhea with it.

Awesome that should be a good combo for sure!

I still got 3 pumps of the dermacrine and epi for this workout yesterday. I got a few drops of epi this morning and the regular 3 pumps of the dermacrine. Anyway, this is the last workout with full dose.

Even tho I had some snags because of Shoulder issues this was still pretty good.
A 2 bottle run of just Dermacrine would be pretty sweet. That wat I could do 4 pumps and go longer. Highly recommend the Neuro Curcumin for joint issues!

Yesterday's workout:
Snap fitness delts and back

A little over an hour. Wasn't exact in my timing.

I didn't do a review at the end of this because of the struggle with my right shoulder messing it up some.
I just wanted to post and say the Iconic formulations products are great. I've run the ultra epi a couple times and it's probably the best epi I have used. The Dermacrine I definitely will be using again. I like some pregnenolone with my trt anyway and the way it's dosed is perfect for me. I'm getting ready to use some XPG Ursa-Gel along with the oral ursa-bolic and am thinking about adding the dermacrine. We'll see I'd kinda like to see how Ursa works with just trt.

Agreed. I've always come out with positive results when I've used any iconic formulations product.
