Hey IML fans and my old buddy Neck,

After my last run of Halo w/ Osta bridge I ended up at around 278. STARTED THAT RUN AT 255! Currently I have been living at 270 and been trimming down slowly, but then again, i'm not on anything at the moment.

So now I'm looking for the next run and I've been thinking about giving the reformulated SDMZ a run and stumbled across Necks post in another thread regarding stacking SDMZ with DecaDrol. This intrigued me. Also the fact that I wanted to jump on some more SDMZ before it's all gone.

So of course, I'm never one to back down from something interesting and decided this was going to be my next run:

Following the below dosing protocol from Neck:

Super-DMZ 2caps e/d ~ Week 1
Super-DMZ 3caps e/d ~ Weeks 2-4
Deca-Drol 3caps e/d ~ Weeks 1-4
UltraMale e/d ~ Weeks 3 - PCT completion
E-Control 3caps e/d ~ Week 5-Empty

Of course i have organ supps, vitamins, clomid, etc... all on hand.

This has me absolutely stoked for weeks 2-4. I should be starting this Oct. 1.

I'll keep this updated as much as possible, I still don't have time for proper logging but i'll do my best.
Lifting is typically a 3 day split with every Friday off per week.
Diet will be the cleanest of any stack I've ever run due to me actually monitoring it this time.

Nice man! I will actually be starting a very Simaliar stack oct 1st as well.

Super dmz- 1-4 2 caps daily
Decadrol- 1-6 3 caps daily
Test e- 1-12 500 mg a week ( may bump it up to 750 after week 6 depending on how I feel)
Anastrozole- 1-13 .5 mg ED
Inhibit p- recommended dose
Thinking of adding stano or andro hard the last 8 weeks to harden up the gains I get from sdmz and decadrol but havnt decided yet.
Liver support supps preloaded a week before cycle, during and throughout the pct.

Pct
Clomid- 100/50/50/50
Erase
Anastrozole- .5 Ed for first week
Cycle support
Daa- 8 weeks
E-control

So end of day 3 and nothing much to report at this point. Was feeling lethargic yesterday and earlier today after the noon doses, but not 100% it's the sdmz. I felt lethargic around week 2 on my last run of sdmz but this seems awfully quick.

My workouts are more intense, which I know is mostly mental. During a run I think everyone tries just that little bit harder. However I am doing increased rep ranges and bigger sets in an effort to maximize growth with the SDMZ. I know I am sore/tight everywhere so something is being shocked.

I know it's early, but so far so good!
 
End of day 5. Today I was sick all day, woke up at 1:30 and never went back to sleep, upset stomache, etc... AND THEN went to the gym at 3. And today was leg day which for me is the "least-favorite" day. And despite it all I was able to take my previous leg pres PR and not only rep it out, I then upped the PR another 90 lbs. I sat there and counted the plates a couple times to make sure I was right. Interesting...

I'm kind of wondering how tomorrow will feel.
 
So today marks the end of Day 7, feelin good with no noticeable sides so far besides some joints feelin dry. Tomorrow begins SDMZ at 3/day which excites me. Got my first "Are you back on that sh*t???" comment today at work.

1 noticeable thing, I am sweating like a whore in church. Everything I do drenches me in sweat. I'm not usually a heavy sweater, most of the time I can get through an hour gym session without dripping sweat, but not right now. I am noticing that I'm recovering alot faster than usual also, which has been great.

Ill step on the scale tomorrow at the gym for my 1 week weigh-in.
 
Weighed in today, 269. Lifts are up as well as endurance, I don't want to quit which I remember from my first run of SDMZ. I've been running this with a Higher Volume mentality. Usually I trained with a mass gaining attitude, but after adding gobs of mass on my Halo/Ostra run I decided to use this run for a recomp. So when I say lifts are up I'm measuring volume, not weight. I will also increase weight as I feel I can, but it's not my primary focus this run to top any PR's for weight, but rather reps/sets, taking it to failure to maximize growth and get the heart rate up.

No sides which at this point surprises me to be honest. Usually I'd have some back pumps and dry joint, but i'm not experiencing that. My stomache has been upset the past couple days, but not sure if it's the cycle or just a bug at this point.

So far I'm not seeing anything negative. My focus is spot on, I'm waking up ready to roll to the gym and dialed in for the entire workout. I'm not lethargic either, which usually i'm sleeping like a baby for 4 weeks.

Also on a side note, just found out momma is 10 weeks pregnant. So good news! Despite my many cycles I must be doing PCT correctly because the little guys are still working! This makes #3 for us and will be our last. Pretty happy with IML right now. Allowed me to build muscle and procreate!
 
Day 12 and just finished my workout. Hopping on here to say that endurance is through the roof. I wish I didn't have to leave but I have to go to work. This may require a change in workout time. Today was back/bi day and i'm sitting here right now with my arms just full. Also getting some great definition in my shoulders, arms and pecs. Everything is progressing well.
