Ingredients: Water, Whey Protein Isolate, Peanut Butter, Modified Food Starch, Cocoa, Skim Dry Powdered Milk with Vitamin A, Mono & Diglycerides, Vegetable Fiber, Maltodextrin, Xanthan Gum, Aspartame, Chocolate Flavoring

Recipe:
- Pour 1¾ cup of cold water into a large mixing bowl.
- Add one 9-oz. pouch of GHF's High-Protein Freeze to bowl.
- Mix with an electric mixer on high for 30 seconds.
- Add 4 tablespoons (approx. 1/3 cup) of natural peanut butter.
- Mix again with electric mixer on high for an additional 30 seconds.
- Pour into plastic container(s) and freeze.
 
Not sure, but probably 1/4 of the recipe. Would make sense right? I would eat it all anyways, and be good for a cheat day ;)
