I've read the half life of horny goat weed/icariin is very short. Can I expect results from taking large or continuous doses on days where I know I'll be having increased sexual activity, or must it be taken continuously day to day for best results? I want to use it to offset a bit of performance anxiety with the girlfriend. We don't see much of each other during the work week, so most of our sex is on weekends. I'm trying to make sure I'm cost effective with my usage and basically need to know if taking it throughout the week is worthwhile or necessary. Otherwise I'd like to just load up during the weekends while I see her if that's effective for people.
