I cant get a reply either. I ordered over a week ago, and all i got was a confirmation of the order and my credit card being charged that day. This is the second order i've dealt with this for, and im getting tired of this ****

Chill out bro, theese things happen with new businesses. IBE is well respected. They wouldn't be a sponsor of this board if they weren't.you'll get your product. You make it sound personal.
I can honestly say that I have ordered from IBE several times (and I just took advantage of the recent sale) and have had no problems... Granted, there isn't an automatic email right after ordering, but you will/do receive an email when the items ship (with tracking), and I always receive my products quickly.
This is just from my personal experience, but IBE has always been top notch with me. :thumbsup:

I know ill get the product, but i just dont like the fact that they dont email you in regards to the setback. I dont think thats good customer service. They have my money (my credit card was charged on the 27th of Feb) and i would like to know the status of my order. Is that too much to ask for??? Like i said, they made it right with me last time, but i hate for this to be a continual problem.
