IBE Epistane Cycle Log

Day 28. My posting is lacking because I am not overall pleased with the Epistane cycle. The more I look through logs though the more I find that many peoples experiences were on par with my own. I believe either it needs to be stacked or taken in higher doses. 50mg seems to be a decently high dose and yet I don't feel it is strong. It may be underdosed but I am leaning towards it just being a mild substance. I am going to step it up to 60mg. I will have 9 days at 60mg then my 2nd bottle will be out and I will be done. This will make the cycle a little over 5 weeks and should really test the effects of Epistane.

I believe taking Horney Goat Weed and Maca has helped me to not shutdown. And I have been taking bronkaid (ephedrine) with a cup of coffee before workouts to help with energy. My blood pressure has gone up to 140/90 and its highest but this isnt anything too bad.
 
Ephedrine while on cycle? ya...watch that blood pressure bro.


Epistane is one of those compounds it seems to either work VERY well for people, or not at all for others. I wouldn't say your not feeling anything because its 'weak.'


Hope the cycle took an interesting turn. Most the gains seem to come in week 4&5 of 5 week cycles.
 
Day 31
My blood pressure is actually fine, it has hit 140/90 but that was after the ephedrine and caffeine. I only take it pre workout so 4-5 times a week. My lifts have gone up on the epi but not really any "on" feeling. I have been taking 60mg for the past few days and I am a bit tired today but that is somewhat expected. I cant say I have any direct evidence that it did anything to my hormones per say, no acne, no oily skin, no hair issues, the boys down stairs are hanging low, the only two things are being lethargic and lower libido, which arent positive.

The old lady said my stomach looks leaner and my arms look bigger but I havent drank any alcohol in 5 weeks and have been training harder and eating higher # of protein so I cant put that on the epi either.

Also I have been very sore the following day after workouts. This could be due to harder workouts, which is good, but it can also be due to the dryness of the compound or the fact it isnt doing much hormonally to help me come back faster.

Overall I would rate it a 6/10 thus far. A little leaner, a little stronger, and no serious sides.

Are you eating clean foods? Are you sticking to a caloric deficit...surplus.... maintenance?


I'm wondering if your one of the non responders or if your slip-ups are surpassing any results you would see with EPI.
 
Eating at maintenance, slip up arent suppressing results, and I have noticed gains just not to where I wanted them to be. I believe it is either a weaker substance than I assumed or it underdosed.

The tren xtreme I took when I was 21, only one bottle, and it was 2-3x stronger. And when I was 21 I know I didnt eat and train as dailed in as I am now.

Bummer. I've heard IBE Epistane was good too. Either it's under dosed or your body doesn't respond all that well to the compound. O well....plenty of other compounds to choose from. ;)
 
Yeah, no harm no foul. I am sure it works great for some. Maybe if I was trying to bulk and go way over maintanence it would have been more effective, but lifting heavy was tuff due to the dry joints even with fish oils and glucosamine.

I am going to do a 500mg test e cycle for 12-16 weeks in a few months and I will be logging that in here also. Should be fun!
 
Day 34. Yesterday I had to go to fly to San Jose and back to So cal and my diet suffered. I am at 197lbs, down 3lbs from one weak day eating. If I was a responder to epistane I dont think I would drop weight like that from one bad day. I have 5 more days of the epistane at 60mg but I am going to start taking the nolva at 20mg everyday and the activate extreme test booster. I am going to keep the last 30pills I have so maybe I can buy one bottle and then have 120pills and use it for 30days at 40mg while on some test. I really believe a test base is needed when taking this. Dermacrine, one of the andro series, some type of dhea product, because I stopped seeing benefits and became lethargic.

PCT Day 1
197lbs
20mg nolva and 4 activate extreme a day. Starting week 3 of pct I will drop the nolva to 10mg and add triazole at 3 pills a day.
 
I was looking to DHEA as a solution to lethargy as well. When I found out it can convert to both test and estrogen I decided it won't be something I'm using on cycle.


Looks like it's just good ol food and sleep for me.

12 weeks of test e with epi weeks 10-14 as a finisher and you'll see great results :D
 
Yeah, I defininately noticed that epistane made me feel pumped the whole time and did give me a good kick in strength after two weeks so I think adding it to test e the last 4 weeks would be kind of like taking winny or var to hard myself up.
