I YELL at weights.

Well I don't "yell" at them. But when i'm putting up a higher weight than usual I like to psych myself out. It does help. Ill lay under the bench, stair at the weights, and say to myself (not yell) "This is lightweight, you can do this, this is nothing, LIGHTWEIGHT!) hahaha. BigJay showed me that!

Acceptable only on lifts of 315 or more.
 
OP, your kind of like that dog in that Disney movie. I think Bolt was his name. Tries to bark at things getting them to move... Then he realizes, his bark is useless and does nothing but annoy humans who are around to hear it..
