woke up to a great morning and had 4g of white elephant before I ate anything..

Hulu is amazing stuff. the green isn't to shabby either.
How do you time your white? do you take in earlier in the AM on and empty stomach? I notice even when I do eat, it doesn't effect the onset to much.
