I want to get STRONGER!

I am 6'2 280lbs...pretty solid..30 years old
I have lifted off and for 15 years...I've done the creatine, n.o. products, the protein powders...I just started back lifting bout 3 months ago... I want something to make my bench over 4 again and to just all around make me stronger...gaining muscle would be a plus but I'm not looking for shreds here...just flat out strength. So....what do you guys suggest..you guys know best so lay it on me
 
I suggest consistently lifting weights
 
I would work back to where you were before naturally then consider cycling...It's a waste to go straight to anabolics right after you get back into lifting imo
