Koncina New member Apr 10, 2011 #3 9.4.2011-STRONGMAN TRAINING farmers walk: 100kgx 20m(warm up) 120x20m 120x40m block press(60kg) 2x10 tyre flip(350kg) 2x8reps and i try how many flips can do in 90sec. i did 15 flips. loglift: 10x80kg 8x100kg 6x110kg
