I missed the samples, and I still bought a bottle. I was holding out for the Matrix caps, but no go. THis is the only other product I know of using that specific extract of geranium, which is the only one I've liked.

Please keep us posted. I find it best about 1 hour preworkout. You have to play with the timing to find what works best for you though.
