sooo all the dudes on this site tell me don't use anything ur too young only 21 the most androgenic compound for you is FOOD. so iv been eating A LOT. I have been at the gym doin my thing seeing consistent gains. iv put on a ton of weight. the problem is iv putttt on sooooooooooooooooo much fat at my midsection. my mom makes fun of me. my girlfriend finds it disgusting. I have strong looking legs and good shoulders and chest and arms, but my stomach looks like a ****ing bowling ball after I eat a big dinner. I NEED TO GET RIPPED. WTF IS THE POINT OF BULKING IF I TURN INTO A FATASS? what is the best way for me to keep getting stronger and bigger but also handling this gut at the sametime!!!! I am ttly open to PH i don't have access too AAS.

If you don't want to do cardio then increase your training intensity. Short rest periods, compound movements or do Complexes that will strip away the fat and build muscle.

You need to eat a lot of HEALTHY food. Sweet potatoes not fries, chicken not pizza. Putting on muscle doesn't require putting on a bunch of fat. Clean up your diet and the gains will keep coming and you will trim down too. Cardio geared towards your goals won't hurt your gains. Do HIIT not marathon training.

It's called a caloric deficit, try it. Steroids are not the answer to you having poor nutritional understanding. Eating everything in sight, gaining fat, then turning to steroids to cut is stupid.

Explain how fries, pizza are not healthy. Fries don't make you fat. Pizza does not make you fat. An excessive caloric surplus does. I eat fast food all the time and i'm able to maintain bodyfat, it's simple understanding of nutrition and the body that makes it possible. But telling someone to "eat healthier food" doesn't mean anything.

Yes you can lose weight by cutting cals, you could eat at McDonalds 3 times a day and still lose weight if you are eating at a cal deficit. He didn't say he wanted to cut or lose weight, he said he wanted to continue making gains while handling his bf. Is eating at a caloric deficit with a diet composing of fast food a good way to accomplish that?

Sorry, this line of thinking is very ignorant.

If two twins went on a diet, ate the same calories, performed the same workouts, ingested the same supplements etc., you would expect identical gains.

Now, if one twin received the same amount of calories but obtained them from pizza, burgers and pastries, his physique would suffer compared to his healthy twin.

I subsisted on fast food in college and MAINTAINED my physique but when I started eating healthy calories, that's when real strength and aesthetic gains were obtained.

Fast foods have calories, protein, fat and carbs but are largely devoid of vitamins, minerals and other vital nutrition our body needs to function properly.

Whole foods (aka healthy foods) have a very attractive nutrition profile for the body compared to fast foods which are merely soulless doppelgängers of real food.

I could go on and on but hopefully someone gets this not so subtle point.

I guess what i said went right over your head. I never said replace all foods with fast food, i don't know where you got that from. I simply said that there is no such thing as "bad" or "dirty" food. If you have to question that, you need to study nutrition. Coincidentally, i do.

However, when taking in proper amounts of micronutrients i'll take a fast food diet and compete with your "healthy" diet any day. It's all about understanding how the body works. I know of a guy who did a contest prep on junk food, multi vit, and protein shake to keep macros up. He came in shredded. It's not rocket science.

I apologize, I wasn't aware I was in the online presence of someone who harbors such a vast reservoir of intelligence as yourself.

Forgive me for recommending a healthy lifestyle which so many nutritionist and doctors recommend. I'm sure the 1000's of studies that conflict with your OPINION have many flaws and are in no way scientific.

Instead of cherry picking points I made, actually read my post next time. I never actually said or implied that you said you replaced all of your meals with fast food. I simply illustrated a hypothetical situation which supported the point I was trying to make which is fast foods are nutritionally "hollow".

A person may keep your macros up by eating fast food, but there is much more to it than macros when it comes to nutrition. Surely someone who "studies" nutrition like yourself would be cognizant of that fact.

Eating a Big Mac, some cheap whey and some Cell Tech with a multi vitamin does not cut it plain and simple.

Fast food is not healthy. FACT. You trying to argue this point is futile whether its just a cheat meal, 30% of total calories or 100% of the time like the bodybuilder you "know".

Fast food contains excessive amounts of sodium. This disturbs your body's electrolyte equilibrium, increases blood volume and thus blood pressure. This leads to heart disease.

The carbs in a hamburger bun spike your insulin which triggers a whole cascade of negative metabolic and hormonal events which can lead to diabetes.

The meat you eat is usually not 100% beef but a mixture of beef and fillers some of which are xenoestrogens or phytoestrogens. These modulate your estrogen receptors which cause unwanted hormonal changes.

The saturated fat you ingest during one of these meals has been correlated time after time with heart disease.

Ever watch Super Size Me?

Look, I formulated products in the nutraceutical industry for many years. This required a rigorous understanding of the complex dynamics between chemistry, biology, nutrition and economics (which isn't important for this discussion but whatever). I have a M.S. in chemical engineering with a minor in chemistry and a B.S. in Applied Nutrition. The point is, I am not talking out of my ass or just trying to be a dick. I am genuinely concerned that what you are saying is what you actually believe or worse yet, someone else will believe what your saying is true when in fact it is false.

In summary, fast food is bad for you. That is all.

This explains so much.

I'm not going to waste my time arguing with someone who doesn't understand the basics of nutrition and bio/chem. I may as well bash my head against a brick wall. You can cite whatever degree(s) you may or may not have, but from your posts you simply lack the complete understanding of nutritional theory. Especially as it applys to non-sedentary/non-obese subjects.

I would have to say that the blood work on the healthy diet looks better than the person on junk food. The six pack is just a bonus.
